Very difficult to make appointment. They seem to have more patients that they can handle and for some of their doctors they will make you see their assistants first (I refused) and if you need to see 2 doctors they want you to come on separate days blaming insurance issues for this. Once you make appointment they dont see you at your appointed time. While I did not expect to be seen exactly at my slot I believe one hour and half wait is unacceptable. Mind you I made this appointment several weeks ago and specifically requested the first am appointment. I chose not to wait, my time is as valuable as any. I had another appointment for next week which I already cancelled since I found a very good shoulder specialist that saw me way earlier and gave me treatment. Very elegant clinic and prominent doctors but very discouraging way to handle patients Call around there are other well trained board certified doctors in the city that will gladly see you without all the red tape.

I recently had surgery with UHZ. The experience was good, except that the anesthesiologist they provided, Yanneska Comas, fraudulently billed me and created a major problem. My insurance told me to check if her office was on watch lists, and said that the amount of units they billed did not at all match what everyone else had billed for my surgery. This created a major problem for me, and I think UHZ should choose less shady anesthesiologists for surgery.

Thanks Dr.Jordan for what you did, my arm is healthy again and its because of your knowledge; your support team are definitely professionals and took a big part on your success from the anesthesiologist all the way to the nurses. I really dont want to see you again but if happens I wont hesitate.

Tried to make an appointment there as I am having problems with my knee and elbow and said I would have to make two separate appointments with same doctor. Very frustrating dealing with places that do not care about consumer.
