If I could give this place NO stars I would! Worst experience ever at a doctors office: I arrived 30 minutes early as I was a new patient and that is what they recommended. I waited almost 3 hours to see the doctor. The office was loud and the receptionists did not care to lower their voices when talking about other patients and their own personal matters. Before being called I heard the doctor ask "how many she had left" and when she got her answer even she seemed annoyed. Once I was called one of the medical assistants took my vitals while being interrupted by another one to discuss a problem that had happened with another patient. They were discussing the situation right in front of me, until another assistant asked me to go to the waiting area as she herself knew this was inappropriate. I work at a hospital and discussing patient information with names is just WRONG! I saw the doctor for a few minutes (Maria Castillo), she asked me some questions, but barely made eye contact, she was on her computer the whole time chewing gum as she talked. She did not have a friendly face; before leaving I asked her for the labs and x-ray orders I needed, and she said the girls at the front would give me those. She did not care to see what my other doctor had order for labs. I offered to shake hands and she extended hers with a face of disgust. Any way, I went to the front and the girl there kept asking if the doctor gave me the orders, I kept repeating myself telling her the doctor had told me I would get those with the girls at the front. she told me to sit and wait again and finally I got the lab orders. However, to this day I have not received the x-ray order and I did not go back to that office. By the way, they only take cash BEFORE you get to see the doctor. Do not go to this place; billing mill!

I am a current patient at this office and every since I have been here I have had nothin but pure hell. Today 7/21/15 I had to call this office almost 15 times and was put on hold no less than 4 minutes phone time each time. If I could screen shot my calls and times I would. These women at this facility are the worst medical assistants or whatever they call themselves. I mean I am on 10 right now how pist off I am. And they think its ok. Let me tell you every last one is horrible. I think Ive heard almost every voice answer the phone and not one assisted. I think they are playin a dam game. I am not one of those people who didnt get there way so they spoke bad of a business. Hell no. They are just unprofessional from the time they pick up the one. The only reason Im mad at myself now is because this negative review should have been written long time ago. IVE REACHED MY BOILING POINT WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ASS ESTABLISHMENT...

Es un desastre pedi una cita y me la dieron para un mes, luego me dieron la cita de revision era supuestamente un mes y se paso el mes y los referidos llegaron 3 dias despues de haber cancelado la cita porque nunca llegaron estos.Luego pedi las citas y me las dieron para 2 y 3 meses o sea que la cita de revision es para 6 meses, en ese tiempo se puede morir una persona, ademas de la atencion tan mala en la oficina, que negligencia.

Dont even think of going there... Unless you have nothing to do in your life, such as work, family, kids and its OK for you to wait 2hours, even youve scheduled an appointment... Last time I was there to get a quick review of my lab results with my doctor. (well, my ex-doctor now). my appointment was at 3:00pm, I was there at 2.45pm. my name was called at 4.10pm, and I mentioned that I had to leave by 4.30pm. I waited till 4.35pm, and then left. but told the nurse and the doctor .. the nurse was like "but but youre next",, I know , I know, I was the next for 2 hours... and I said "YOU HAVE NO RESPECT TO OTHERs TIME, my TIME is AS VALUABLE AS YOUR TIME".. and left. AND... the staff is SUPER LOUD.... and they do not prefer to speak English as their primary language... I had headaches after I left this office, I was just fine before my visit... yakss..

Every review here is ridiculously accurate. Girls at check-in talking loud about personal things, rx department walking thru lobby asking for gum and pounding on counter. My first appointment for physical was a 4 hour ordeal and I am here now as we speak waiting to be seen for my lab results, its 3:53pm my appoint was 3:30 and 2 patients remain ahead of me. I manage pharmacies, and if I gave this type of service routinely I would be out of business. This is an utter disgrace that daily they are +2hours behind schedule. To bad they get paid either way, Medicaid and Medicare should review this providers star ratings, I would audit every bill as well to ensure they are coding what you actually get done.....ironically main girl at counter just popped her tongue so loud it echoed through entire office! Fantastic mess this place is.

THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!! DISCUSSING PEOPLES INFORMATION AND PLACING THE CALLS ON HOLD,HAVING TO COME PERSONALLY EVERYTIME TO OBTAIN AN APPT, BAD ASSISTANT WITH REFERRALS HAVENT CHECKED MY PACE MAKER IN 2 YEARS BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE..PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE ITS BETTER TO DRIVE A LITTLE MORE THAN COMING TO THIS CLINIC!!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICES

If I could give it no stars I would.. The worst experience I have ever had. The front staff is so rude and they spoke bad about me and my mother in Spanish thinking that I dont understand them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, the doctor was super nice but the staff here is beyond horrible.

An unpleasant experience every time. They all walk around with a chip on their shoulder. If you have an appt dont worry about being on time, theyll see you 2hrs later. The staff is very unprofessional. The pharmacy techs give out prescriptions while eating!! This place is just out of control!!!
