Im a new patient. First they called me and said my insurance in not active and when I showed an emotion, the lady said "calm down" four times. I told her my insurance IS active. She kept insisting. Well they took down the incorrect numbers and she didnt even apologize. Then I was told my appointment was at 12:15pm. They called to confirm it and said the same thing--12:15. I get to the office and discover that my appointment is 12:45. They "forgot" to let me know they tell the patient to come in 30 minutes early. On top of that, the doctor was running an hour behind. Trouble is, I took this time from work and had another appointment. They lack communication skills and copped an attitude with me!

Dr. Saltzman was so awesome. He was very thorough with his exam and had patience listening to me describe all of my symptoms and issues. He was also such a comedian, I laughed through our entire encounter which helped ease my nerves. Im very happy I chose to wait the time to get an appointment with him.

Four generations of my family have been patients of Dr David Saltzman, a better MD/DO can not be found IMO. He is great in all respects, especially re diagnosis of issues. I know my health care and my Sons is in very capable hands, as was my Fathers and Grandfathers. .02 4U
