I had the best experience with Dr. Bruce Miller and Sharon. I brought my 6 month old baby to check her eyes and was so scared that she would be kicking and screaming. I was so impressed with the care and attention that my baby received. Dr. Miller and his staff are great with children, they know how to make them smile and not realize that a procedure is going on. They gave me peace of mind which is priceless and they took care of my daughter better than at her pediatrician office. I give my 100% recommendation to this practice and to Dr. Bruce Miller and staff.

Dr. Bruce Miller was very rude and disrespectful. I have a daughter with cerebral palsy, 3 brain surgeries, heart surgery, etc.. She wouldnt open her eyes all the way. He started raising his voice at her scaring her. Had 0 compassion or understanding. Did not make 1 effort to comfort her. Then, got offended when Daddy would not hold her down right away and wanted to calm her down. Very unprofessional and impatient. Be careful.

Rude front desk with accents you can barely understand.Being new to the Florida area I had trouble finding the place.Informed them I would be 10-15 mins late,they told me I had to reschedule.After waiting a month for this appointment ...you want me to reschedule.Just horrible no compassion for the kids and their needs.I would deff not recommend this place at all.

DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!I never go back again they are so rude to put the drops my daughter cry because they force her to open the eyes and the drops dont enter in the eye they put the drops again and my daughter now got problems when she stay closer to the light high and the sun and the bright the worst place ever DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!

We had to wait 3 months to get an appointment then we had to wait about 1.5 hours in the waiting room and then another 1/2 hour to see the Dr. My daughter is 1 and this is just unacceptable. They need to take babies first. When we finally did see the dr, we felt that he rushed us and had very poor bedside manner. I will be looking elsewhere.

I brought my toddler to the office to have his eyes checked. it turned out to be a little more serious than I thought but the staff and the doctor were so professional, both my child and I felt at ease. This is such a caring atmosphere that its always a pleasure gong there. I dont even mind that it is in Plantation.

The customer service skills are low and if you call and have paperwork sent to them they will say they have it to get you off the phone but then ask you again for the same paperwork

Dr. Miller is a good doctor but his office is very hard to reach. His staff need more time to answer the phone during business hours or they need to consider email access.
