I have no problem with the Doctor. The staffs at this clinic are not professional at all. First, you can have an emergency and you need to talk to someone at the office no one will answer the phone. Every time you dial the office number their voice mail picks up states the office is closed. Second, most of the time, I have to leave work to make an appointment for my son because of lack of customer service. Third, the front desk at this office is a disaster. She has no manner. I dont think she a human being. Thats how bad she is. I dont know how a doctor allows such a person to work for him. A pediatrician office must be friendly; the environment should be fit for our kids. Thats not what this office offers. I like the doctor. He is very polite and know pretty much what he is doing but his staffs are killing his practice except for Gregory the referral coordinator.
