My 4yr old and 1 yr old never got their vaccines or checkups from this place because they werent there! I made their appointments twice because the 1st time they cancelled, then they rescheduled and confirmed, yet they were closed at 9am when I showed up, never bothered to call, nothing its been 4 months and i switched to a different dr, very unprofessional staff, and they dont keep up with what they say, always making excuses for everything, bad service, bad staff, bad everything, horrible, dont take your kids to this place, good dr just very unprofessional staff, looks like the dr has kids working for him.

Its the most horrible doctors office ever. I had an appointment for my son for Saturday morning and when I got there the clinic was closed. wgen I called on following Monday they just said tar they might have missed calling me and the best they can do is to give me another appointment. As I needed to get shots and provide updates shots record at my sons school I took the appointment. That was a mistake. I had to wait more than 2 hours from my appointment time to see the doctor. Its really pathetic. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN.

I had similar experience , I was in the office the girl in the front, never returned my call after leaving message. I came to office and brought this to the Doctors attention. He said they have new staff previous girls left for various reasons after working for 5 years. They are trying to resolve situation, one girl who was missing lot of message is not there now. Office manager is personally checking all the messages. My visit went very well and I am very pleased with doctor. My child loved him and I love the way he treated my child.

Is the worst pediatric clinic to take the kids! long waits to receive hasty visits from 5 minutes to maximum. When my daughter to the twelfth month she nedeed as is normal to check vision and hearing, the answer to my request for verification was: she can hear you when you call? ok then it does not need to be seen. she follows with the objects look? ok then it does not need to be visited. and let me tell you this Is it bad. not to mention the very rude nurse. please do not bring your children to this clinic.

I am office manager for valley ranch pediatrics, some of the reviews are from our ex employees who were not capable of doing their work in time and caused lot of issues causing patient dissatisfaction, She also put a review here with one star, she is the lousiest employee you could have, she caused us loss of lot of money by not checking and providing correct information to billing, it can be confirmed by our billing agent Linda. She also made lot of patient unhappy.

Long wait time,, we had bad experience with doctor checkup during our visit. While our baby checkup in between doctor left to resolve some staff issue and we are not satisfied with answers provided by him for baby health and during our discussion he says I have another patient to look for and I looks like he is making us hurry up.

So disappointed in this office. Needed some paper work signed by the doctor for child therapy and still havent got a return phone call. Also needed a screening done still havent heard back. Call several times throughout the week and still cant get answers. Will be changing doctors. Wait time is so ridiculous.

Absolutely the most horrible non professional doctor you can take your child to. The wait time is ridiculous, and he is not very educated when a child is sick he says its one thing then 2 or 3 days later its something its!!..PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!

I have been going to vrp for last 4 years. The doctor is so patient and spends enough time to clarify your doubts. The nursing team is also so cooperative and friendly... I would always go and prefer going to dr satish goel

Worst Clinic to take you children, service is horrible, clinic is dirty and doctor is rude to his employers. Waiting time is ridiculous. so I recommend NOT TO TAKE your children there.
