I have always HATED going to the dentist but my first visit to Dr Lee at Kids and Grown-ups changed all that. I was having severe pain in a tooth that had lost a filling several years ago and it was beyond excruciating. When I went into Kids and Grown-ups I was immediately helped and the assistants and receptionists all took great care to make me comfortable while I waited for Dr. Lee. When I sat down with Dr Lee he was very understanding of my pain and quickly helped me to understand the proceedure that was needed. Within 5 minutes a decision was reached to extract the tooth and I was immediately numbed and he went to work. During the proceedure Dr. Lee was very aware of me as a person rather than just what was going on in my mouth. I was regularly asked if I was doing okay and checked on to make sure I stayed numb. When the procedure was completed I was given very clear instructions on how to care for the effected area and my options to replace the lost tooth. I have always heard the expression "its was like pulling teeth" to describe difficult or painful things. After my experience at Kids and Grown-ups dental when I hear that expression my response can always be "thats not bad at all". Thank You Dr Lee!

If you have real $ Go to A Real Dentist .Dont Give Them Your $ Dont Go . Old Stinky Place Tryna Get Profits . Sat in My chair uncomfortable for 15 mins ... They suck For real . Im waking with toothaches while sleeping I told them ... They act like they care they show you that their true colors. PPO great insurance treated like a broke bum off the streets . smh just got me sitting there head hurting. They act Nice but they dont care. This is what makes it hard to go to the dentist . Im the nicest guy man I dont deserve to be treated like a dog. Doc comes asking if i could give any money lol after ive told them the situation. Even if i had the $ to pay for everything needed this place doesnt deserve it . If my insurance is paying a portion that should get me to atleast get some work done ... Nope . Folk wanting $400 plus a month on insurance but we still have to pay out of our pockets big amounts . These people got me beyond mad man . Then dude prescribed me crap and say come back when you have $ . I could see if i had no insurance or some crappy cheap insurance. Idgaf Shame on that stank place.

Amazing experience! I will recommend Dr. Lee and Kids & Grownups Dental to my friends and family! The staff was very sweet to me and very professional. I appreciate that the staff went over everything with me before performing the service. Dr. Lee and his dental assistants were very careful and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Lee is by far the best Dentist I had in several years. Dr. Lee really cares about his patients and it shows. A cool perk is you get to watch Netflix while you are having your dental work done. Another really cool part about the dental office is their Facebook page. Their Facebook is very informative and very funny at times. I strongly recommend going to Kids and Grownups Dental next time you need to visit the dentist. If you are unhappy with your current dentist it is time for a change! Everyone knows that a dental experience could be an expensive one the longer you put off going to the dentist depending on what you need done, I was one of those that would try to hold out as long as I could before the pain became unbearable. After going to Kids & Grownups Dental, not only did they take care of my pain but also talked with me to come up with an affordable plan to get the work I needed done. The Staff members including Dr. Lee were professional from the time I came in, to the time I left and made sure that I understood everything I needed to get done an why before starting any procedure. As I started my procedure, assistance Jessica made sure I was comfortable and prepared upon Dr. Lee beginning the procedure to were I was able to be in/out. I would recommend that everyone checks out Kids and Grownups Dental.

I have sever white coat, I turn into a child at the dentist and Doctor. Not proud but its a fact. I have brought my kids here for a bit and everyone is always so warm and welcoming when I had a toothache I decided to bite the bullet and set an appointment. I cried, had high blood pressure; l was embarrassed at what Id let my mouth become. Let me just tell you they calmed me down and did a few different things that I didnt feel at all (shots too). I have to hand it to this office and every person in it. You all rock! You changed my mentality on going to the dentist. They werent judgy at all and they were concerned about how I was feeling every step of the way. I will recommend you to everyone I come into contact with. Ya got yourselves a lifelong patient for sure. Thank you. Thank you so much. :)

Dr. Lee and his staff are always professional, very courteous and super friendly. They are very flexible with scheduling and offer early appointments before work which is great. They take the time and effort to get to know their patients and are even nice enough to note big and exciting things (i.e. vacations, accomplishments) in your life so they can "check-in" on how things are going during your next appointment. I have been going to this location for years even before Dr. Lee and Im so happy that the quality and welcoming environment has not changed. Thank you to Dr. Lee, Abby, Dhara, Pam (and all others!) who always make me feel welcome and even look forward to going to the dentist!

I walked into the office and there was nothing but peace in spite of be being afraid of dentist. From the front desk to the chair, it was a very comforting and a pleasurable experience. Dara talked me all the way through the X-rays and cleaning which made me very comfortable to review my treatment plan and continue coming back. Dr Lee was very personable and treated me like I was the only patient waiting to see him and the office was full. Thats great customer service. I love them!!! Thank Vonna for the referral. Wonderful experience and they make it easy for you to get the treatments you need. You are the best!

I am new to Irving and was looking for a dentist. I friend referred me to Dr. Lee. I was very pleased with the care and professionalism which he exhibited during my examination. He took time to understand my dental history and explain his assessment. The hygienist who did my cleaning was very thorough. Although the practice is located in an older building, the equipment and fixtures in the practice were very modern. The front office staff were friendly and efficient in processing me as a new patient. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Lee.

As far as dentists go, Dr. Lee and company cant be beaten. Ive been going to him for about 3 years, and only once in that span has he suggested anything beyond a standard cleaning - if youve had dentists in the past who tried to upsell you at every turn for things you suspect you may not really need... just know that Dr. Lee is not that type. Great staff, and Dr. Lee himself is very kind and efficient, both good qualities in a man who may one day be sticking power tools into your mouth. Highly recommend!
