I felt processed within an efficient, but very emotionless system. I was greeted by the receptionist who rehearsed the check in procedure. When my four year old was called back, I was told that I needed to wait in the waiting room and that my child would be fine without me. I anxiously sat waiting for my small child to return to me, not knowing what she was going through and how she was responding to it. When I finally got to see the dentist, he spent approximately 20-30 seconds of time showing me her x-rays and tell me see you in six months! His abruptness and "matter of fact" tone led me to believe that questions werent welcome. Although Im sure that people enjoy the efficiency of the office, I did not enjoy it being displayed with little empathy or emotion. I will be finding another dentist for the next appointment.

We loved it here drove from garland but they failed to tell us they didnt take our insurance. And wouldnt do anything to help us even through my sons crown has been hurting. So upset. So I am addind that we changed dentist and the new denisted cleaned our kids like cleaned them. I thought they did a good job but all they did was brush the kids teeth. So when they say they clean they really dont. I also figures out they wanted to see my daughter every 3 months to charge insurance. I talked to lots of denist and no one see a child that often unless sometjing is wrong which there is not. This is probably why they dont take the insurance we had bc the lied to them.

Wow! I am so shocked at a few of the reviews about Dr Dean and the staff of Kids 1st Dental. I literally cannot find the words to express what a sensational warm hearted person Dr Dean is. Moreover, Dr Dean is very scrupulous, compassionate, patient and understanding. Dr Dean has such a gentleness with children that my daughter was totally mesmerized with him during her first. I must also testify first hand that Dr Dean is in a league of his own when it comes to the healthiness of childrens teeth is far more important to him then the money!!!! I will continue to take my children to Dr Dean until he can no longer take them as patients!!

My daughters recently started seeing Dr. Dean, and they LOVED it. One of them is usually afraid to visit the dentist, but she came out smiling and saying she didnt want to go to any other dentist but this one. And my other daughter, who wants to be a pediatric dentist herself, enjoyed talking to Dr. Dean about all that comes with that career. The staff was friendly and supportive, and Dr. Dean was warm and engaging. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about my daughters upcoming dental procedure. Weve found THE ONE! P.S. They use technology really well here. Fast check-in rocks!

Dr. Neil Dean is an amazing Pediatric Dentist! As a General Dentist myself, I LOVE it when I find a colleague that recognizes and treats children in a fun, caring way. Neil is that rare blend of being ethical, kind, and truly skilled. He is a great listener and makes children feel important and valued as human beings. Neil is the person who I would send my kids to (if I had kids!) and I happily refer patients his way as often as possible. You have to go check out his practice to experience it fully! If you are looking for a Pediatric Dentist, I give Dr. Neil Dean my highest recommendation.

Dr. Dean and his office is the best! My 5 year old son has been going here for 2 years now. Today we had to get a filling fixed and my son was more excited going to the dentist than school today. The whole drive over he talked about how excited he was about seeing Dr. Dean and the waiting room with cool toys. Dr. Dean is always so kind and informative. The staff is always welcoming and sweet to the children to keep them happy and comfortable throughout their visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children. They will take very good care of the entire family!

This is the place to take your kids! Ive met and worked with Dr. Dean, and this place is phenomenal. He gets it. Kids 1st Dental is that kind of pediatric dental practice that, first and foremost, centers itself around making taking your kids to the dentist as easy and enjoyable as humanly possible. Why? We were told it will take approx 30 minutes per child. The staffing was nice and all but Dr Dean took total of 5 minutes per child. He did a quick glance and not even an exam. He then brush some fluoride on their teeth. We will not be taking our twin back to a dentist who put a 5 minute effort to each child and charge $131 for each child. This is the twin first dentist appointment so if its only minute of his time, we do not believe he has perform a thorough checkup.

Hours after Annas appointment with Dr. Dean and his incredible staff she would answer to nothing except Dr. Dean. I laid there as she counted all my teeth and told me how important it was for me to let my mommy brush my teeth every night. She corrected me many times telling me that she was not Anna, she was Dr. Dean! Not only did she leave her appointment feeling great, with a sense of trust in Dr. Dean and his staff, she also left with some career goals!

Based on a friends recommendation, we went to Kids 1st for an orthodontic evaluation. From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the place for us. The staff is amazing and Dr Corbridge is awesome! My daughter (8) was a little nervous at first, but the whole team put her (us) at ease. She got her braces on without a hitch, and we were in and out in less than an hour! If you are looking for a pediatric orthodontist, this is your place!

Awesome practice.... The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff provided excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in the door until the time I left. I asked my daughter her opinion on her experience and she stated "I really like it there, they were really nice". We just moved to the area so it was very refreshing to know that I made the correct decision picking this practice.

Very honest facility, right from the staff to Doctor every one has the right attitude to deal with the kids and parents. Dr Dean, takes time to explain the problem and possible correction options and not forcing a expensive treatment. In some cases, they were honest in returning the adjustment after insurance coverage. Scheduling is a breeze and they keep up the appointment time and never had to wait
