I have been visiting Hedgcoxe Dental for the past 3 years for regular check ups/deep cleanings and my experience has been great. Thanks to the support staff, the scheduling and insurance/claims process was hassle-free. The turnaround time for my recent root canal treatment was impressive. Dr. Pooskoor has been very understanding and has always listened to all my concerns before suggesting a plan. Im very happy with the precision that she has shown with the crown placement. If youre looking for a dentist in the Plano area and need quality care with a stress-free experience, I would recommend that you go to Hedgcoxe Dental. You will be in good hands.

Avoid this place. They will make you undergo unnecessary procedures to extract more money from you causing permanent damage to your tooth. I went to them unknowingly the dentist with out getting proper informed consent from me just kept drilling half of my healthy tooth away necessitating me to have a crown so she can bill me the maximum. The dentist doesnt have much experience. All the experience she has got is working in Monarch dental which has got bad reviews all over the internet. Best dentist Ive ever had! Shes very honest and does not try to take advantage of her patients, with trying to tell them that they need more work than they really do. I recently had to get a root canal, and it was the most gentle, precise experience. No pain and it was over before I knew it. She truly cares about her work.Not to mention, her staff is great! Theyre all so personable and loyal people. If you do not have a dentist yet or dont like going to them, but know you need to...this is who you want to see!

I went to Dr. Pooskoor because of a tooth that I broke. She was the only dentist in the area to get me in quickly. When I got x-rays, there were other things that needed to be fixed. Dr. Pooskoor did all the work she could do and a specialist pulled two of my wisdom teeth. I was in a lot of pain for about 2 weeks and Dr. Pooskoor was very patient, attentive, and helpful during this time. Her staff is very polite and also very caring. I would recommend Hedgecoxe Dental to anyone needing dental work!

I didnt feel that the dentist was educated enough about fillings and crowns. She also gave me an outrageous rate to have these services done. I went to another dentist in Frisco and she did my xrays 6 months later and I didnt need 1/2 of the dental work that I was told I needed at Hedgcoxe. While I was at Hedgcoxe I also asked the dental assistant what she thought about the dentist doing root canals and she said that she wouldnt recommend her to anyone.

Ive been seeing Dr. Pooskoor at Hedgecoxe Dental for about two years now. I always have a great experience. The doctor never pushes any extra treatment unlike another Dentist in the area, I saw earlier. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are pleasant, prompt and efficient.

Loved my experience at Hedgcoxe Dental. I could not afford a porcelain tooth and she helped me by paying the difference. I also love the high power water picks for teeth instead of that metal pick. Its a great place and friendly staff.
