I went to their website and filled out a form to schedule an appointment (I would have called but was unable to during business hours). After receiving no communication from them for 10+ days regarding the status of my appointment, I called on my lunch break. I was told by the office woman (Megan possibly) that the online form did not work for new patients and they just never received any of them that were filled out. I was slightly peeved. I laughed it off, however, and asked if I could nonetheless make an appointment now over the phone. She proceeded to ask me about my insurance then told me that they were unable to file my insurance usually but that she would have the insurance person get back with me regarding their acceptance of my policy. I looked online and saw that they were, in fact, in my network and would be able to take my insurance. I was annoyed because I did not see why my insurance issue needed to be resolved before I could schedule an appointment for a simple cleaning. They see patients without insurance correct? Who has 30 minutes during business hours to make a dentist appointment? I called back and assured them that they would be able to take my insurance and asked if I could just make an appointment. She proceeded to tell me that I would need to come in first for a new patient consult before I could have a cleaning. Okay, seemed pretty standard. I asked when I could come in. She told me the first available new patient appointment was in March (this was in January). I was annoyed but I was okay with waiting until March to get a cleaning from a great dentist. Then she explained to me that the March appointment was just for the new patient consult and I would need to make an additional cleaning appointment, a type of appointment which was not available until JULY. I explained that I could not wait 7 months for a cleaning that is required every 6 months. I am disappointed. I heard great things about the office and Dr. Bastien. Im sure the office is wonderful, all you need to do is wait 7 months to get in. I guess they dont need any new patients.

I have never been one to like going to the Dentist. I dread going, and avoid it at all costs. Dr. Bastiens office has made me "enjoy" going to the dentist. Lets face it, no one likes going to the dentist, but all of the ladies in this office make it a welcoming experience. From the first visit, which was an emergency visit, they have made me feel welcome. The front office staff knows my name every time I walk in. They remember me, ask me about my family, and take the time to get to know their patients. Never have I felt so comfortable in a doctors office. I recommend Dr. Bastien to all of my friends and coworkers. Dr. Bastien listens to me, and always gives me multiple options to consider; he never tries to extort money, or upcharge me for things I dont need. All around an amazing practice!!

My entire family of 4 are patients of Bastien Dental Care. The staff treats us like family when we enter and offers us a very warm welcome. They are timely, knowledgeable and attentive. The hygienist staff provide an awesome and informative service, educating us well on home care. My kids are comfortable in the chair with the staff. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Bastien. I was searching for a dentist that would listen to my concerns and educate me on my dental care and I found Dr. Bastien. I never feel rushed out of the dental chair or feel like just another patient. Dr. Bastien is patient and not rushed, and he genuinely cares and pays attention to my concerns and provides outstanding service. I am beyond pleased with having Bastien Dental Care as my dental service provider.

I have been going to Bastien Dental care for a few years now and they are the BEST! Everyone in their office (doctors, hygienists, front desk) is always so genuinely kind and helpful (and they remember you!). I used to be very anxious when going to the dentist, but that has completely gone away ever since I started coming to this office. The dental hygienists I have seen are great and always do an amazing, thorough job and Dr. Bastien takes good care of my teeth and always has a smile on his face! You always feel like part of a little family there! LOVE IT!

This was the best dental experience I have had in decades. My teeth are the cleanest they have been years. Andrea (TCC) was my hygienist. Because of the care, I felt like I had years ago before I started to feel apprehensive about seeing the dentist. Dr. Bastien was very professional and Tina, his assistant, provided just the right atmosphere to set me at ease. The ladies, Karen and Cherrelle at the front were all very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Ive been going here since 2013 and can say with full honesty Ive yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is professional, skilled, nice, the facility is clean, and well, I just cant say anything bad. Ive always enjoyed the dentist (rare few) and this is the best office in town, hands down. Ive seen both doctors and mulitiple hygienists and I love them all. Everyone takes their time and seems to truly love their job. Ill never go anywhere else.

Ive loved going to Bastien for my dental care. I have been a patient for about a year, after needing a dentist now that I work full time and cant go home for cleanings like I used to while I was a student. They made the transition as easy as possible, and I was able to get an appointment and not worry about the health of my teeth. I love going to the office, convenient location, friendly staff, and I love my hygienist.

I had several fillings, a wisdom tooth, and several other things he has treated, and not once have I felt any pain. The staff is very friendly and eased my fears about going to the dentist based on several bad dentists I have been to in the past. Dr Bastien is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Would highly recommend Bastien Dental Care to anybody.

Dr. Bastien is an incredible dentist. He takes the time to explain everything to you and has amazing bedside manner. It was my first time going to the dentist in years and I was very nervous, but he made it an enjoyable experience. Also, Andrea (the one from Boston) is such a nice hygienist!! Bastien Dental is my favorite dentist--100% recommend!!

My experience with Bastien dental has been excellent so far. The receptionists/office managers are very professional and always listen to our questions and concerns. My son had cavities treated and he was very satisfied with the results and he was not in pain, which was significantly different from prior experiences with other dentists.
