Very expensive, just for a clean up, twice the price. Not gentle, I felt like a pig at the slaughter house, my gum where bleeding it was unbelievable. I let her do it, to see how far she would before saying sorry. It never happened. "Just there to make money" should be their slogan. I went to school where they train students and they where inexperienced, but they where all more gentle than that person who cleaned my tooth today at Cherished smiles. she poke in my gum giving me pain, probably with pleasure, (she did not gave me any form of greeting at first), I said "ouch", many time, she never apologize. I am served better at the grocery store, because they say "thanks" you and "I am sorry", ,that person should go work there to learn how to be polite, respectful and learn to be nice. Customer first. I will never go back there again. I am sorry I read all those google good reviews, its a hype. Not telling you how scary they make me feel. I tryed many time to have the price lower so my insurance could cover it. I still had to pay out of the pocket, while cleaning is covered by insurance.

The first time I came into the office I was a bit nervous. Well, in about ten minutes I was laid back and "and relaxed" :):) The pain I was expected never occurred. I had to have more than one filling in record time I was up and ready to go home. I thanked Dr. Homer and went to make my next appointment. "Job well done Dr. Homer" . The only uncomfortable time was when I returned to my car and looked in the mirror and noticed that crooked smile that you get before the numbness wears off after visiting the dentist:) when you are trying to be cute as you leave the office and it appear as if you are crying?:) The visit was painless and Dr. Homer did a wonderful job. She met my needs and my expectations. "The numbness worn off in no time." I had a second visit and it was better that the first because I came in relaxed. I told several people about Dr. Homer, only to find out she was their dentist as well. I highly recommend Dr. Homer. .

I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this dentist office. This dentist office is money hungry and ready to charge things against your insurance. I was told that I was on the verge of having gum disease and I had 8 cavities. Instantly, I knew this wasnt true. I am regular with my dentist appointments, eat healthy, and I take good care of my teeth. Today, I went to another dentist office and I was told that everything looks good. There was no sign of gum disease and I had no cavities. Please be aware. If I wouldve went forward with what I was told before I wouldve been paying $958 out of pocket. Please go somewhere else. The dentist was awfully rude as well. When I asked her questions she continued to get smart instead of giving proper explanations.

The receptionist was very rude. She sounded like she was mad or bored doing her job. I had to ask her if she needed my insurance information. I then asked how much the appointment would be or at least how much its around. She didnt say anything and put me on hold. She didnt say hold on or Im going to put you on hold. She left me talking. I saw the reviews for this location and I wanted to go there myself. This receptionist is doing the dentist wrong. I will not be going there now. Not after the way I was treated. Hopefully they will see this and the receptionist change her treatment of clients so no one experiences the same as me.

The people were very hard to deal with as far as the paperwork went they would not listen their story changed over and over again over less than $20 I would recommend going somewhere else due to the fact that these people are Crooks dealing with less than $20 when I left their office I asked him was there any balance owed and they said that those Balance was 0 when I get home 30 days later I get a bill then they could not explain the bill and had several explanations while I should pay them an extra $20 which none of the stories matched do yourself a favor and go somewhere else less hassle

At first I wasnt too sure about this place but as soon as I spoke to the receptionist and realize how cool and professional she was. I knew right away that this is a place for me. Like a lot of people out there I had a fear of going to the dentist but after just sitting down and talking to this awesome lady. She made me feel relaxed and she doesnt make you feel like she just here to take your money she really cares about you oral health. I came to realize I was in the right place and I will never go to any other Dentist again. PS these ladies are fans of #Converse All Star and I love it

The absolute best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. Ive only been once and they gave an excellent first impression. I just hope it continues. The office has a contemporary set up and is CLEAN. They seem very well organized. The hygienist was very courteous and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I also say the same about Dr. Homer. My wait was 0 minutes so LOVE that. They had some soft music playing during the x-rays and I watched one of my favorite movies while getting my teeth cleaned. I will be going back!! Thank you!

I have been going here every 6 months for about 5 years now. They are kind and accommodating when it comes to scheduling/rescheduling appointments and working with my insurance companies. I have switched dental insurance providers about 4 times as well and they always do their best to help me understand the coverage. Camille and Dr. Homer are both very personable and remember me and my family by name. I always get in and out in a reasonable time. I have had no troubles here and I would recommend them to anybody.

A previous reviewer said they will not see you again if youre a no-show or reschedule. This is not true, I was a no-show once and rescheduled quite a few times. Each time I was accommodated politely and when I went back and wasnt able to pay the no-show fee they saw to my dental needs and simply allowed me to pay the fee on my next visit. A highly recommended practice if youre looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Homer and her staff are awesome. I usually have to get gas to get a filling but I was so relaxed and watching the movie, I did not have any problems with the regular numbing gel. Getting an appointment was easy and my son loves the rapport that he has with Dr. Homer. Thank you for your great service. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.
