If they had minus stars i would give them a -5. All they care about is money, they dont care about the client at all. I called them 3 different times to discuss issues with them, and each time they "took a message" and some one would call me back, let me tell you.... that never happened. And in-between these three times i waited a week i was not being impatient. The third time i called i was a little upset so as i was explaining my frustrations to the woman who answered the phone who claimed to be the manager (if so she is horrible) insisted on fighting with me... and then HUNG UP!!!! if you like a good hassle on your hands and some one who wont accommodate with you or call you back... then this is the right place for you!

Very disappointed in this office. They cleaned my teeth and I left still feeling the plaque and tarter buildup. My husband had an appointment this week at 5pm, which was on the appt card. They left a message and asked him to come early at 4.45. He couldnt so when he showed up at 5, the scheduled time they had already closed up the for the day! He left them a very frustrated message and they never returned his call with an apology! They should be paying us for the no-show fee (of which were not paying)! Theres a reason why the parking lot is always empty! The hours in the window need to be changed to part-time only.
