Friendly and fast service, but their dentures never fit. I had an upper acrylic partial that fit great for 18 years, then finally the tooth chipped off. So, I went to Affordable for a repair, and they repaired it for a reasonable cost, but it didnt fit. So, they messed with it, and got it wedged in there, but it didnt fit like before. In less than a year, their repair broke -- they refused to warranty the repair -- and so I went back to repair the repair. Of course, they gave me the hard sell, again and again and again, on the flex partial. I figured I should buy another partial so I dont have to keep getting repairs. So, they fixed a temp partial that does not fit, and now I wonder if the flex will even fit? Probably not. Maybe stand still when youre taking an impression? Every time, the staff taking the impression are busy doing other things, and I feel the impression mold being swayed back and forth in my mouth. Freaking STAND STILL for 15 seconds, while youre taking an impression, and maybe your crappy dentures will actually fit. I wish I could afford a real dentist. If you can, go elsewhere.

I recently made an appointment via phone for my grandmother at Affordable Dentures in Tallahassee. I was not sure even how I was going to schedule an appointment for my grandmother since I know nothing about dentures. I was so impressed by the receptionist how she explained the entire process to me. The receptionist took extra time on the phone to ensure all my questions were answered. and gave me directions to the office. The receptionist was so professional and the kindness in her voice assured me that I choose the right dental office for my grandmother. Once we arrived for my grandmothers appointment the receptionist greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. As we sat in the waiting room waiting I could not believe how the receptionist continued to greet each patient arriving and helping the elderly patients.with their paperwork. I highly recommend this office and I will be bringing my grandfather to get his dentures very soon.

The new receptionist is a little snooty, sounds young and too uptight. I only have six teeth in my bottom front and need a replacement lower as mine broke, when she said they would do x-rays and exams I asked what the hell where they gonna x-ray, I dont have but these six teeth, I am told quote" I dont know why you used h e l l but" ....I cut her off and said Im sorry I offended your ears, I will see you at 9 am. Now, If I am going to spend hundreds, maybe up to one thousand dollars, I dont think her top priority should be to try and correct my statement unless she just wants to loose this customer. I could see if I had used a choice four letter word but hell....someone needs to get off their high horse and realize she is a receptionist, explain that this is part of the exam and confirm my appointment. That is all!

My boyfriend walked in to the Tallahassee Affordable Dentures and was in extreme pain. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. She helped him fill his paperwork out and got him an appointment that day. She explained everything to him and I want to thank her for her kindness. The receptionist even called him the next day to check on him. I will definitely go there if I need any extractions.

Cant recommend to anybody, worst customer service at the front desk, the lady do not know how to talk with a patient , easily gets annoyed if any elderly patient asks too many question. If you are working at the front desk -customer service, you should be calm and polite with everyone specially elderly patients. The doctor is just ok, not the best.

I want to thank the receptionist for her professionalism and kindness. She went out of her way to help make my mothers experience getting dentures the best . My mother left Affordable Dentures smiling because of the receptionist . I can not thank her enough . I highly recommend my family and friends to go to Tallahassee Affordable Dentures.
