Very unprofessional would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. First off he didnt even shake my hand, I am a respectable guy, it isnt like I dont look like I have manners or he had a reason not to shake my hand and say hi. After that he seemed annoyed that I had a list of questions for him, like it was a waste of his time. He seemed to be in rush, mind you it took almost 45 mins in the waiting room before I saw him. Upon taking my questions he saw the meds I had taken in the past and based off that decided to say what I had, which of course is what another doctor had said. After that he wanted to take pictures for evidence which Im sure he would have used to show others. I said no thank you and he asked if I had any other questions and I said no and he said okay and walked out! He didnt say good bye or contact me if what we said doesnt work or anything.... I didnt realize that was it, he didnt shake my hand or anything, he made it look like he would be back, Im still stunned. He couldnt even answer how many IPL treatments he thought I may need. I thought he was this big laser guy?

Had some skin cancer on me that required surgery. I have to say from the biopsy to the surgery, Dr. Knight and his staff were the best. They took such great care of me in surgery, made sure I didnt have any pain, made sure I was aware of everything they were doing, and absolutely treated me as if I was their top priority. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Knight and his staff. I dont remember Dr. Knight shaking my hand, which some users seem to be offended by, which I could care less about. He did a great job with my surgery which was a pretty big incision and area to be cut out. He made sure I wasnt in any pain and his staff took care and time to check up on me a few days later after the surgery. His care for me was excellent. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else doing the surgery but him.

I just had the worst dermatology experience of my life. Dr. Knight took all of one minute to check my skin (no microscope or anything), and didnt even ask me what my concerns were. He didnt shake my hand, and when I asked him some questions regarding my eczema and dry skin, he said, "Just keep doing what youre doing... I dont know what to tell you. If you book a facial appointment with our specialist, though, she will get you on the right track and will spend an hour and a half with you." Ok... I did not come here to get facials. I came here because I need help with my dry skin and my eczema medication isnt working well for me. Horrible bedside manners, and the fact that he wouldnt look me in the eye made me feel like scum.

I recently had my first appointment at Knight Dermatology and the experience was great. I saw Dr. Knights PA, Alexandra, and loved her! She was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen and answer my questions. Her bedside manner was wonderful, which is unfortunately not always easy to find. The nurse/MA who did my intake was also very warm. Dr. Knight took the time to come in and say hello to me, which I very much appreciated. The office was clean and the staff was welcoming. Everything ran every efficiently. The overall experience was great, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Highly Professional, Comprehensive and with each visit received the highest of quality care! I wish there were more stars on the rating scale. Dr. Knight and his staff should pride themselves on patient care. From the moment I stepped into the office the staff treated me like they had known me for years. Dr. Knight was comprehensive, professional, pleasant, and caring. He diagnosed me instantly and resolved my skin problems immediately. He has also treated my daughter and son and they were equally impressed with his demeanor and medical intelligence. It is hard to find this quality of care!

I found Dr. Knight to be lacking in bed side manner. He did not converse with me but spoke to his assistant and her clip board. I have a history of melanoma and he reported "you have clogged pores". The staff acts like they are scared of him. I was not able to build trust for him to help me manage skin cancer. If you are looking for cosmetics or facials, hes your guy. Also, he yelled at me for wearing make up to the appt. After about 3 years of trying to like him, that was all I could take. I love my new dermatologist. He treats me like a person, not a number.

I would highly recommend Knight Dermatology to friends and family. I called on Thursday and they got me in the next day which was great. The secretary clearly gave me directions on how to get there and where to park because its downtown. When I arrived the office was nice and clean. I had Dr. Thomas and he and his nurse went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get the treatment I needed, despite some insurance complications. Im very grateful and I will be going back for my future dermatology needs.

I have been seeing dermatologists all of my life. As an actual Floridian, I have had a lot of skin issues (such as sun damage, skin cancers, etc.) I found my experience with this office to be exceptionally pleasant and professional in every way. The doctor and his staff explained everything in detail, including expected outcomes, preventive measures, product recommendations, etc. I have referred all of my friends, and they have also been quite impressed.

My first appointment at Knight Dermatology was great! I saw Ali Shigo, Dr. Knights P.A. and she was very knowledgeable and personable. Talking about issues with your skin can be embarrassing sometimes, but she made me feel comfortable and offered a solution. Dr. Knight also popped in to say hello and offer his opinion. The staff was also very friendly and the medical assistant who did my work-up was very sweet. All around great experience!

Horrible patient service. What has happened in that office in the last 1.5 years? Everyone seemed miserable and it was obvious they were trying to "create" items to bill (upsell). I called 3 times for a prescription, they didnt return calls sooner then in 3 days, then they called in the wrong prescription and the last time, they said they called it in but never did. Im not bothering with them anymore, Im finding a new dermatologist.

My experience with Dr.Knight is always pleasant as is his staff. There is a lot of good energy and efficiency. The office is huge and beautiful and your are greeted with cheerfulness from the moment you come in. Dr. Knight takes his time and makes sure you dont have any hidden issues. If there is a requirement for a procedure, it is painless. I highly recommend Dr. Knight for and Dermatology concerns. He will be the best choice.

What a Great experience! I went to Dr. Knights office in December to get botox. From the appointment process to actually arriving to my appointment I was treated very well. Melissa was the representative who assisted me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. When I checked out Mrs. Bridget assisted me she was polite and very helpful I look forward to doing more business with Knight Dermatology.
