I recently went to Westlakes Family Dental and saw Dr. Lin for a second opinion. He was very gracious to see me on a very short notice. After seeing Dr. Lin, he had assured me that most of my fillings were still in good shape. He was very patient to answer any of my questions and concerns. I can tell that he genuinely care about his patient. The office staff was also very friendly and I did not have to wait long at all after filling out my paperwork. This was one of the best experiences I have had leaving the dentist. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Lin to be your dentist.

Ive lived in Houston and West Texas; finally Ive found a GREAT dentist!!! Dr. Nelson is the best dentist Ive ever had. The staff is friendly & professional. The office is super clean and updated with the latest technology. Dr. Nelson is gentle, patient, and the procedures are painless. Im moving back to the Houston area but plan to still use Dr. Nelson as my dentist when I visit San Antonio. I highly recommend Westlakes Family Dental to anyone currently living in San Antonio or moving to San Antonio.

I went in for my 6 month routine cleaning and was very pleased with my visit at Westlakes Family Dental. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming, the dental hygienist was very thorough and accommodating with my cleaning and Dr. Sandefer, who is competent in what he does, was explicit with my examination leaving no room for uncertainty. I went in during my lunch break and was out and back at work within a timely manner. I greatly appreciate the professional, yet personable, service provided!

My husband and I had become unhappy with our long time dentist and in the process of looking for another, our children in San Antonio recommended their dentist, who had just opened his new clinic. We are very pleased with Dr. Kerry, hygienist Maria, and the entire staff. The clinic is equipped with the latest equipment, it is very clean and attractive. Claudia is the best hygienist! She had me laughing while she was taking great care cleaning my teeth. She cleaned my teeth with no pain at all. Her and Dr. Sandefer had me in and out within an hour. The front desk staff was amazing! I was looking for a dentist office and inquired if they took my insurance. The ladies verified my insurance and seen me the same day. If you are looking for a dentist look no further.

I really like this office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, makes it easier to go in! They offer late appointments and even Saturday appointments. They also so conveniently remind you of your upcoming appointment, with an email, text, or phone call. Im really glad this office was referred to me by a co-worker, always a pleaseant experince (well as much as a dentist appointment allows anyway).

The staff was warm, welcoming, and help to make your visit as worry-less as possible. They are able to accommodate flexible schedules and can see emergencies very quickly. From the time you check in, it takes less than 5 minutes before you are being seen. They take their time to explain x-rays and any dental work. Dentists are friendly and make you feel at ease. Best dentist around!

They genuinely care about their patients by remembering their names, asking how they are doing, and giving them knowledge on their teeth! They show you the bill before committing to the actual work that needs to be done on your teeth! This place is just magnificent!!

Excellent dentist and hygentists! Dr Nelson does amazing work! Friendly professional staff. Dr Nelson fixed the damage done by a previous dentist, Dr Nelson fixed it with Invisaligns! Too bad we had to pay for braces and then pay again. At least it was done right this time! Definitely recommend Dr Nelson!!
