Cancelled on us 1/2 hour before appointment because receptionist did not want to file paperwork. We have MetLife, verified, fully insured. Had to make 2 visits prior to todays appointment just to make sure there is someone actually there, as they do not return calls or answer emails. A very slipshod business attitude. I should have trusted my instincts when I noticed they dropped the ball at the start. AVOID.
