The receptionist called my insurance company to find out what would be covered. She then called me back and told me my insurance will cover, in full, one free exam each year. One month after the exam, the dentist office called me to say I owe them over a $100.00 for the exam and didnt know anything at all about THEM telling me it would be free. Ill pay it and take all my dental care ELSEWHERE!

this establishment is horrible at answering their phone. makes no sense. how do you expect to get business? it doesnt matter what time I call they never answer and I always end up going in person just to ask a simple question (which is very inconvient) hire a new desk attendant!!! someone who can answer a phone and return a call
