OK dentist, terrible customer service! The dentist I had was very nice and did a great job of cleaning my teeth- I didnt need anything else done, so I cannot comment on anything else. Was interested in braces and they pitched Invisaline for $4,500- which seemed a bit pricey to me. I called back and asked for a quote for doing just the bottom, as I would prefer to leave my top teeth as is. The lady refused to ask the doctor and said somewhat rudely "if that was your quote then thats it." Was so shocked I forgot to get her name! Would have been ok with getting both if I really needed to, was just trying to be sure, but I didnt want to deal with rudeness so I sought Invisaline care elsewhere- which turned out just as well because the orthodontist was much more knowledgable about the situation with my bottom teeth and what needed to be done to fix them- a bit more than just slapping invisaline on! I had already booked my daughters appointment for a teeth cleaning, so I decided to just leave it. A couple days before, I called them to see if we could schedule the appointment an half an hour or an hour earlier- so we would have time to take my younger daughter to her doctors appointment afterwards. They said that there were not times available between 9-10 but there were earlier times- I said that that wouldnt work, lets please just stick to our original time of 11. Received a voicemail that morning at 8 saying my daughter missed her "appointment" at 7:30am! (we hadnt even spoken about specific times earlier than 9 and thought I was clear we were keeping the 11:00, so I was very surprised!) I called back and spoke with Roxanne and explained that I had just inquired about earlier times, not actually changed the time. No apology, no attempt to see if we could retrieve the original appointment time or have a time close to that. She simply suggested a time next week. Felt like I was in NYC in the middle of rush hour, "next!" Going elsewhere for our family dental service. They just lost a loyal family of 5- as customers and as a social butterfly, friends and people in my large church community are always asking me for recommendations. Sad I cant recommend them- not because of a couple of mistakes- everyone makes them- but because of how they reacted afterwards.

My family and I have been going here for several years. While the overall care has been okay. be prepared to be pitched on new procedures and expensive items for every visit. So far, it has been recommended that my wife have her wisdom teeth pulled (spent years in the Navy, overseas even, and no one ever suggested this be done). They repeatedly recommended my kids get dental sealants, which some dentists are cautious about, even though they said their teeth looked great - primarily because we minimize sweets, juice and sodas. My logic is my teeth are great and never needed sealants, so why the kids? But it finally took the cake this Spring when they recommended I get adult braces (Im 48) to the tune of over $4,500, which my insurance wont cover. It looks to me like theyre more interested in making money than they are in providing sensible treatment options for myself and my family. I got tired of being pitched every visit. Also, I wondered why they changed their name a year or two back. I found out the reason when I looked up Lemon Tree Dental (their previous name). Theyre poor reviews show that they dont have the strongest track record. Maybe this office is good for some folks, but not for us. There are lots of great dentists out there. Weve decided to look elsewhere.

Im 33 years old and went in for my first filling. Dr. Barton was patient with my questions about the procedure. Numbing didnt hurt at all and his quickly did two teeth. No pain and friendly staff! Clean and modern facilities. I changed my insurance just to go here!
