Best Eye Examination Ive Ever Experienced! First off I went in for annual eye exam for contacts and glasses and had questions about lasik. They didnt have me fill out a bunch of paperwork that a doctor would barely look at and then ask me the same questions that the paperwork would have told them (you know that happens ALL the time). They personally asked me about my medical history so no repitition. I didnt have to wait for the doctor after my preliminary eye tests. Then when I saw the doctor before we got down to eye business, he asked about me and what I did to get to know me as a patient. Then he did the most thorough examination, really trying to find the best prescription for me. I could tell he really cared about his patients and he liked his job. He didnt try to rush me or rush his answers to my questions. The other staff was great too and friendly. All the costs/fees were given up front and I knew what my insurance covered so nothing surprised me and they didnt try to pressure me into ordering everything from them. Seriously the best eye exam. I cant rave about them enough and will refer all my friends to them.

After a going to Dr. Jay Lollar for a second opinion because my daughter had pain in her eye like something was in it he found a tiny foreign object embedded underneath her eyelid. Thank god for him taking his time to really look closely. Now we are going to see him for her constant migraine that hasnt gone away in two years. We have been to several doctors trying to get help. Lets pray he can help with that. I would definitely suggest him for your eye care needs. Thank you Dr. Jay Lollar

Great great customer service! Ive been going here since 2009, love this office! They are super friendly and have great hours that work outside of the standard 8-5pm which is so convenient. Wide selection of brand name frames (Michael Kors, RayBan, Vera Wang, Gucci, etc.) Ive had my nose pieces changed and frames adjusted several times at no cost to me. They have also fit me in last minute before my insurance termed. I love Dr. Wimbish, hes fantastic!

My whole family goes to Allen Eye Associates. The staff is so helpful and friendly every time we go. We never feel rushed. When my oldest son started wearing contacts they spent 45 minutes with him showing him how to put them in. I was very impressed with how much time they spent explaining everything he needed to know about contacts. Dr. Wimbish always takes his time with us and is very easy to talk to.
