UPDATED to add time line: Counseling occurred 2013 to 2014. Complaint filed 2015. My experience was that Dr. Nicole Huggins shrugged off my concerns via email in regards to the assigned counselor Salina Hancock. She never addressed the issues I addressed to her in compliance with what the board of AZ behavior health required. She blew me off. My experience was that Mrs. Salina Hancock was the worst counselor that I have ever experienced. Trilogy Psychological Services is who she works for and as of today, I am still waiting for records after 1 year after services. (Update) I received records that did not match what I experienced. Repetitive records and statements that did not occur. Make notes after every session. Dads beware! and be sure to file complaints on bad behavior with AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.. Something is wrong here with this operation after consideration of what I had experienced, I am on the fence of a civil law suit. Following this review, Salina filed a report to Maricopa Superior Court in my case, stating she was court appointed as the court appointed therapist to our case asking for immunity. Well, that never happened because she was never court appointed and her report full of embellishments or (lies) was struck from our case. Beware...

Seeing Salina has helped my family and I overcome many and very serious situations that have came up. She was their the drop of a dime if we needed anything. She not only helped with situations, but she also helped me with my college studies. I struggled in certain classes and she showed me what I needed to get done to get assistance and set up an IEP for school, which is also know as a individual expectation plan that goes over the progress of school and also shows you how to learn to teach yourself what the teacher taught in class and to remember it. Salina has a different approach to her sessions and its the best thing ever. She will ask you questions on a certain topic and then ask all these different kinds of questions, however in the end you realize more insight on whats between the line and makes you think about every emotion and situation of that topic. I can honestly say after seeing many different counselors overtime, she is the only one that has been able to understand me and coach me through out our sessions.

Salina is the therapist Ive been praying for!! After getting nowhere with traditional talk therapy, I was referred to Trilogy. Within weeks I noticed a HUGE behavior change in the individual that I care for. I had been looking for answers for over a year and was eager for any help or suggestions I could get. Salina goes above and beyond to offer support to the clients as well as their families/caretakers. The negative comments on here are completely ridiculous! I hate to break it to you but there is no therapy that can "fix" your child during a weekly one hour session! Salina gives you the knowledge and tools to APPLY at home. THATS where the real change happens. I will continue to recommend Salina to others and will forever be incredibly grateful for all that shes done.

Salina Hancock is a terrible excuse for a family psychologist. She uses profanity and bullies children. She tears children away from positive enviroments and puts them in abusive ones. When these concerns were taken to the owners of Trilogy Intergrated Psychological Services, Dr Huggins did not address those concerns and allowed Salina Hancock to still be reckless with in the system and work under her license. Bottom Line is if you get Salina for a court appointed case or are looking to choose her for any other help, Please Please Please think twice. She will ruin your family and ruin your childrens happiness. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!! Save your kids from her!

We have had Trilogy evaluate 3 our our children. We have only had dealings with Dr. Mather, but find him very passionate about what he does - help parents that have children with learning disabilities navigate the very broken public school system. We have been very happy with the process from the evaluations, feedback, written report and attending (via phone) IEP meetings to explain his findings. Trilogy has helped up get a leg up on academics with our children. We would recommend Dr. Mather, and Trilogy again and again for special education evaluating and assistance!

Salina is the most caring and dedicated therapist for children that I have ever met. I would not believe the other reviews as they are probably angry parents that Salina probably put a stop to them hurting their kids. I would recommend Salina 100x over because she truly cares about the kids she works for!!!!

Salina Hancock was my court appointed mediator. She is lazy and incompetent. She refused to contact other officials to verify and I doubt she ever read the orders or kept any notes. She tells stories to gain what end she want. Huggins is completely unresponsive to my complaints. Stay away from this counselor!
