I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. Although my therapist was alright, the front office staff was anything but empathetic or even welcoming. They dont bill your insurance like most other clinics and during all the hassle of submitting my own insurance claim they repeatedly threatened to send my bill to collections, knowing I was in the process of having my insurance cover the cost. I still havent figured out why a professional establishment would knowingly threaten you when the issue is obviously out of your hands. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and find a different clinic.

Preferred Family Clinic is amazing. Dr. Randy Hyde is a true expert and professional in the field; one of the most trustworthy therapists I know. The office staff are welcoming and patient. Appreciate everyone in this office.
