This facility is not a good place. Ive been seeing a doctor there for over a year and everytime I need a refill on prescriptions I have to jump through the same hoops. I call and leave messages with no response whatsoever. I have my pharmacist send refill requests with no response and even have the pharmacists themselves call personally to try and get my medications refilled. Im thankful to my pharmacists for going through the trouble for me but I shouldnt have to deal with this everytime I need a refill. I also take a medication called lithium that requires periodic blood tests and needs to be monitored by the doctor/psychiatrist I see there. I have not received a blood test in over a year from them. Appointments are booked two to three months out and are sometimes cancelled on you. Once THEY cancel the appointment they reschedule another appointment two or three months away again. Ive been extremely patient with JCMH and Im over it. I need these medications and they fail to support me as a patient every single time. If anyone is reading this you might be better off finding another facility for treatment. Ive heard Community Reach MIGHT be a better option. Or if you dont mind the drive then a place in Greeley called Frontier House can set you up with a psychiatrist faster than JCMH. Just be wary of JCMH. They really arent a good place to go. This review is coming from someone who has been with them for quite awhile now. Two month update: After being contacted by their complaint department I received a letter basically saying in so many words that all of this was my fault. I have found that Community Reach is a better place for treatment and I recommend it over JCMHs facility. I had to find a place quickly due to the fact that My appointments were being cancelled on me. Response from owner message: I contacted your Patients Rights Department like you suggested. They heard my story and recorded everything I experienced. Two weeks later I got a letter saying it was basically all my fault that YOUR FACILITY was cancelling my appointments and failing to refill my prescriptions. Then, I got a phone call from you guys basically firing me as a patient. This facility deserves to have a lawsuit filed against it for blatantly ignoring patients rights. Its clear that Im not the only patient that has been treated this way either.

they medicated me for conditions I didnt have. they caused probable by sharing personal information about me plus twisted the information. they blamed me for other peoples problems. when I tried to come up with solution for those peoples problem they stated that it was to inconvenient for them to have a proper resolve so instead they did exactly the opposite of resolution making the problems worse. including evicting one person that things could have easily been mended with. or moving another person constantly blaming me after he moved for his illegal drug use. also they stated it was against their policy to resolve anything or treat the condition I have. they called me multiple time from blocked numbers well I was being medicated wrong which was throwing off my reasoning. so after every phone call they made to me. I left a message back because they were making me afraid. I had employees off theirs getting in my face or blaming me for their medical issues. on multiple occasions they stated that because they had a college degree they could get away with anything they wanted to. at one point they threatened my check because they had my payee ship so I had to transfer the money to my father. then they gave information to some one who attempted to claim my fund for themselves so I had to go down to the social security admin to fix the frozen funds. this organization seems to take severe advantage of those with disability and use their college degrees or their supporters a lot when some one questions them for taking advantage of that some one.

I have been going here for many years on and off. This place is extremely helpful. I have had therapists who I didnt think were so great or didnt feel comfortable with so I had switched them which was easy to do. Never had to also switch my psychiatrist when I did this. Although the wait time to see a psychiatrist is a good 2 to 3 months in advance it is worth the wait. Once I see my psychiatrist my appointments are always scheduled within a timely manner. If something comes up with my psychiatrists schedule they have called me and rescheduled which was only a two day difference from my original appointment. If I have to call and reschedule someone always answers the phone and helps me out right away. I have also had different psychiatrists just due to them retiring but my new psychiatrist are always able to read my chart so I dont have to explain myself again and again. Same goes for therapists. I strongly believe seeing a therapist helps more than medication but thats just my opinion. I am also taking an anger management class they offer which is very helpful. Never had issues with or without insurance. Overall a great experience.

I have had the greatest experience here. My therapist is a godsend in my life. Not sure where Id be if it wasnt for her. She continually helps me in my marriage and all other aspects of my life. However, she is only an intern, and although I would be fine, Id be quite bummed if she wasnt hired on full time. Ive never felt so comfortable with a therapist, and I hope I will be able to continue treatment with her for as long as it benefits me. Theres never a dull moment in our sessions and i can confidently say that I believe she looks forward to seeing me each week. It feels good to be treated like a human being and not a test subject. My therapy has never felt like a chore but rather an exciting weekly event on my calendar.

I have had nothing but problems with JCMH. Dealing with severe depression and anxiety brought on by postpartum depression, I have been shuffled from one counselor to another. In the last year I have been sent to four different counselors. Every time they switch your counselor, they switch your psychiatrist, which means you get put at the end of the queue, which means months, yes MONTHS, before you see someone to get the proper medication. And then you get put at the end of the line again if you need to switch an appointment. You can always go in to the on call psych on Saturday, who has no idea who you are or what your issues are. This is a ridiculous and pitiful excuse for mental health care.

Broken promises. They turned my child away because of a technicality. They promised to send documents which never happened. No problem solving when my child came to see a therapist. If your child is in crisis, do your homework before coming here. Administration is more important than care. Not sure we are going to deal with them again. Sad, especially when they promised my child is help and care that they refuse to deliver, making him feel substantially worse. Unbelievable.

HORRIBLE!!! You cant get an appointment for 2-3 months regardless if its mental health or mcpn. They rescheduled my appointment twice with my psychiatrist due to a meeting and her being sick. The assistant told me my next appointment was two months out and when I got pissed off suddenly there was an appointment at an earlier date. This happened to me on multiple occasions. Ive only been going here for four months and I would never recommend this place!
