FINALLY, a method that actually works! I know it sounds so cliche, but I have literally tried everything. Including Orange Theory for 15 weeks, 4x a week never missing, and I never lost a pound. Ive been going to CO optimal health for a month now, and the number on the scale has done nothing but gone down - and honestly Im not even trying my best (but there may be a lifestyle change involved, so dont get me wrong)! They personalize everything, so it doesnt matter your age or size. My mom goes as well. Shes on a different therapy and its working for her too! Plus with the steal of a deal at Groupon, theres no reason not to try them. It works!!!

My experience at Colorado Optimal Health has been wonderful. Not only have I lost weight Ive dropped a lot of inches. Its been the only plan that has worked for me and easy to stay on. My health has improved and Ive been able to get off of some of my medications. I would recommend this program to everyone trying to lose weight and improve their health. The Ladies are wonderful, sweet and so helpful and can answer many of your questions. If they cant the doctor certainly can, whom also is great. I highly recommend them.

I cant say enough good Colorado Optimal Health. Everyone is friendly but professional. They take the time to listen and help you to achieve your goals, be it weight loss or just feeling better through hormone support. The office itself is clean and the atmosphere welcoming. Having tried other clinics that offer similar programs, I was wowed by how different Colorado Optimal Health. No high pressure sales, no gimmicky products - just proven therapies and caring staff.

"I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, Jordan is fantastic, and Josh couldnt be more caring. They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I had an issue that I called for a couple days ago and Jordan answered my questions on the phone and then Josh called me back right after. Ive never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team.

Bad experience trying to get a phone call answer, probably tried calling over 20 times no answer, they would answer and hang up!! Its ridiculous you cant get a hold of them, I never got a reminder call for an appointment, paid for b12 shots and they never cared to call me and re schedule the appointment. I live 45 mins away and I feel like it was a waste of money and time.

Program is fine but Josh and the office staff have no respect for their patients. Trying to discuss options or get details gets a condescending answer and staff that talks over you. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone if you want a physician with enough respect for you to actually listen to your concerns instead of just make money off of you. Just horrible
