All I can say is wow. I dont even know where to begin. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have been going here for about 6 years and the service has never been good, however it would have been a huge hassle to switch for my whole family as a busy working mother. I will never be coming back. Newly pregnant and following the instructions of my provider (who has just resigned and is my 5th provider to have done so) I went to go see a specialist who faxed the recommenations to my pcp to continue my medication. I was to schedule an appointment with my family doctor so she could go over those recommendations with me. I was informed my family doctor had resigned and I would need to see a PA. I informed the scheduler only a doctor can prescribe my medication but she stated they could not get me in to see a doctor for several months. (I am a very high risk pregnancy patient needing medication) So i accepted the appointment with the PA only to show up for my appointment, be yanked away by security to managements office like a crazy person only to have security hover over me while management explained to me they never recieved the fax (not unusual for Salud) and I cant see a provider, then I was escorted out like some sort of threat, big and pregnant. I asked if I was being viewed as some sort of security threat and the manager said "oh NO! I hope you understand its just a precaution bcz we are on a bad string of crazy patients." Wow. I will never tolerate being treated like a security threat for no reason. Goodbye Salud.

I have to write and defend Salud. I have been going there for 6 months, and never had a problem, or felt like anyone was rude. The front desk could sometimes be more welcoming, but usually they are trying to keep track of a lot of different things at one time, so I cut them some slack. They have never been rude or kept me waiting. I am 68 and have several health issues. I have made several visits and have seen a specialist in addition to my GP doctor. My first GP doctor transferred to a different clinic, and I was so sorry to lose him, but the next doctor I got is excellent also. All 3 doctors that I have seen listened to me and discussed things with me. The assistants are nice. They even have a policy that you call them by their first names, which immediately the relationship on a more equal level. Their fees seem to be sliding scale, and quite reasonable. They have an in house pharmacy, and do x-rays there. I had moved from out of town, and no one I met had any recommendations for doctors. I liked the idea of one stop- shopping rather than traipsing all over. I lucked out with this choice, and I am happy to recommend them, although I dont think they need it, because they are quite busy.

RUDE!!!!! I have repeatedly tried to make an appointment, I have been polite every time I tried to make an appointment for my son this morning. Hes 5, has bad ear infections, and is supposed to have his tubes replaced. I was told at his last visit, that a referal clerk would be calling me to schedule the tube replacement. Its been more than a month since Ive heard anything, I have been leaving voice mails over and over for the referal clerk at Salud, she finally left me a voice mail 4 days ago while I was at work, I haver been trying repeatedly ever since to get her to call me back ever since. I cant get ahold of anyone, and when I finally get through, I try to just make another appointment to try to get yet another referal, and get hung up on just as many times. The woman who answers the scheduling line sounds depressed, but thats not really my problem, is it? By now, my son cant hear anything really, hes really struggling in school because he cant hear his teachers instruction, and is still going through speech therapy since he cant really hear how to properly pronounce words.

I am very surprised at the number of negative reviews written about this clinic, as I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I have now seen Dr. Ansell a few times, who is an excellent doctor, very personable, highly knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I had seen another physician at the Frederick location prior who I found to be subtly derisive, patronizing and inflexible regarding treatment options. Since switching to the Longmont location and Dr. Ansell as my PCP, I have felt completely supported. She is a joy to work with as well as being very receptive to my ideas and desires regarding treatment. Its a large clinic and they are helping many people so I have found the wait times to be a little long but not in any way that was problematic. The staff at both Longmont and Frederick have always been very kind and gracious. I also want to add, as a primarily English-speaking patient in a bilingual clinic, I have always been able to perfectly understand the staff who speak English as a second language.

This clinic is OK. I would give a higher rating but the orthopedic care here stands out as absolutely TERRIBLE. Dr Kenneth Cavanaugh is a sleaze bag. He wont help you. He wont listen to you. He wont even attempt to figure out anything. It got to the point where I asked for a simple steroid shot because the pain was so bad in my joint that I couldnt sleep and he wouldnt even entertain the idea of it. It is as if he wanted me to suffer or something and literally didnt care at all. He is a psychopath who has some other motives which I dont care to even know about. All I can say is that he is a awful person and an even worse doctor. I wouldnt wish that my worst enemy has him for a Dr. Go somewhere else. I would give him negative stars if it were allowed.

When Im talk to the nurse on the phone, in dead and in trying talk to them and they are being rude and kept put me on hold when Im not finish talk or explain whats was going on and also they reused give me a inpter bc in dead, they expected me to bring my own family to do signs. I dont want to depend on my family. I need to learn on my own. This is awful. I suggest do not go there. Its pissed me off so many Times and the Dr didnt do the deep check or make sure nothing wrong. One time they said I have problem with tummy then others said I had problem with cluer then o still jave tummy pain and its worse and they didnt take me in and check. The Dr do the quick then send me home which is it very wrong!!!! I neverr happy with This should

I love our familys PCP here. The clinic itself sucks. Terrible service horribly long wait times takes forever to get appointments. They text you the wrong dates and times to show up. Tell you to arrive early for paperwork and you sit there for 45 minutes past your appointment time 90% of the time. Ive tried to address these issues with reception and they blatantly disregard them. They hang up on my phone calls repeatedly. We are in the process of looking for a new care provider now. We will be very sad to see our PCP be changed, but cant deal with the incompetent staff anymore.
