the nurses/ lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I will never return to this office, the Dr may be good but the service is horrible. They made me wait 2 hours, never informed me that my picture id was indeed faxed to the office and I had to ask and confirm with them that it was. then they inform me that my senior year school ID would suffice and when I had a copy faxed to them they said they could not accept it and made me wait an hour before I had to come to the front desk and ask just to have them smile and laugh and say that they would also no accept that. by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Doctors office. If you want to be given a hard time and wait hours before informed that you will not being seeing the Dr. then go right ahead and make an appointment with Dr. Radden at 32270 Telegraph Rd #110, Bingham Farms, MI 48025

My husband is working with doctor bagley, and he is a very genuine caring doctor! Also his nurse practitioner Jennifer Watson has such a great personality and so easy to talk to! Informative of what you need to know! If you want the best care, come here! Traci the manager also helps and gets the work done if it was missed!

Have been under Dr. Radden care since 2012. They staff is a joy to deal with and I could not see myself trusting anyone else with my problems with my spine. A wonderful doctor who actually listen to your concerns.

Dr Radden is a great Dr but the wait time is a bit ridicules. An 8:45 am appointment you are luckyto be seen and out by 11:00.
