I live in Detroit so I try to support the city the best I can with that being said, I went to a local DMC Health Center that is near my home. Huge mistake!! I was flabbergasted at the level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and rudeness shown at this establishment. I really thought I was on a hidden camera show. I was waiting on someone to jump out to inform me that this wasnt real. The individuals that work at the receptionists station could barely formulate a proper sentence. These people act, look and speak like Shanae nae from the "Martin" TV show. One lady was trying to explain to me the required documentation that needed to be signed. The papers were so blurry you could barely make out the words. When I asked a follow up question regarding the forms she smacked her lips, rolled her eyes, took a deep breath then said "Were you listening, I just told you". WOW, I thought to myself! After waiting an hour passed my schedule appointment time I finally saw the doctor. To my surprise she was a breath of fresh air very different form the individuals in the front. Polite, knowledgeable and well groomed. My only disapproval was her cleavage hanging out. Even though she has more than most, in a place of business cleavage should be at a minimum. Before I left the building I specifically asked the nurse do I need a tangible prescription or will it be sent to the pharmacy. She told me that it will be sent and will only take an hour. WRONG!!! The next day the prescription wasnt sent to the pharmacy. When I called to inquire about it, I was on hold for twelve minutes, multiple persons continue to pick up the line and I had to explain what I was calling regarding over and over again. Bottom line this place is a joke. Beside the Doctors and technicians who seems passionate and take their job seriously this place needs a total overhaul. Their hard work is being overshadowed by the imbeciles who work in the front. First impressions are everything and those people are not folks you want to encounter or interact with ever in life. For good service travel out of the city limits, PLEASE.....

Ive been seeing Dr. Treece well over 25 years and I can truly say, I have never found another doctor who actually cares about their patient. He is dedicated and very medically knowledgeable. Every other doctor Ive seen in the pass, does not measure to the care I receive from him. I highly recommend Dr. Treece.

Haha Treece is the man.. been seeing him since I was 2. And I know hes funny, but really cares about how the patients feel. You just got to talk to him lol. But I will say.. the desk service and speed is not so great. However, Ive just gotten use to it.

Dr. Treece is the best. However booking an appointment is so hard I tend to get the caucasian woman every time. Todays excuse ILL GET TO YOU WHEN I CAN. Waited 20 minutes until I decided to hang up.

Dr. Treece is a very good physician, he is concerned about the patient. He does everything he can to get you better. The only thing he does not do hospital visits.
