You only get one star because it will not allow me to rate your facility a 0. I have had the absolute worst experience with this place. I had a Dr. appointment on August 18th where my birth control was supposed to be called in that day. This never happened. I had to call back on August 28th and display a bit of frustration before it was actually called in. I went to my pharmacy that day and my Rx still was not there. I allowed myself a few days to calm down before I made another attempt to simply get someone to pick up the phone and call in my Rx. Some unprofessional person by the name of Carrie gave me absolute attitude and insulted my intelligence. Very rudely she states "I see it was called in on the 28th", where I replied "yes, 10 days after my appointment and to the wrong pharmacy!". Still to this day, my simple birth control is not at the pharmacy I requested it to be. Now, I get a bill for the doctor service. Both numbers I have tried to call to simply pay my bill has me leave a message for them to return my call. I am an extremely busy person, with a schedule that fluctuates like the tide, I cannot risk my credit on these people who have no desire to provide any customer service or simply do their job. The doctors were fine, but the WHOLE REMAINING STAFF really needs to work on themselves. This is a medical facility where the patient, and their medication should be a priority. You people are lucky I am a woman of Christ who would rather not deal with you anymore than write a complaint to he Better Business Bureau. But please understand, if I cant get my bill paid because of this ridiculous procedure, the complaint, which is saved on my desktop, will be sent. Please do better, people and their heath matter. If you feel otherwise, leave the medical field. This is a disgrace.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a doctors office or any establishment that provides a service. I originally went bc I didnt have a regular ob, found out I was pregnant and all the male doctors received excellent reviews. My first prenatal appointment was okay, they were very busy and short with me but it was fine. I was ordered to have blood work done and then they called to have me do it again. I had a question about it and called three times in a week leaving a message each time and never received a phone call back. When I went for my second appointment, two weeks later, I was told I owed $245. I told them that wasnt possible and they said well thats what the insurance says. I had to wait 30mins (with my toddler) just to be called back to the financial supervisor. She told me the same thing and I argued with her for a good five minutes. Finally she turned the computer around to show me and they had the WRONG PERSON! I then had to wait another 30 mins to see the nurse bc of their mistake. When I finally saw the doctor, Dr. McAfee, i told her about my phone calls and she claims she never received any of those messages. I told her I was interested in a VBAC, which they dont do at all, so she said she needed to refer me to another doctor. I got the info, spoke directly to the staff and they said they would send it later that day. A week and a half later they never sent it so I had to transfer my paperwork myself to go around them and get it done. Lastly, I got a bill from them in the mail saying I owe money when I have my receipts showing otherwise. Just more of MY time being wasted on their mistakes.

Let me start off by saying Doctor Davis is a very professional and straight to the point. With that being said let me begin. Okay so You schedule an early appointment because I have to work 5 days a week so I dont want to miss that much work. So you wait at least an hour for them to call you back so they can take your vitals. Then I was escorted into another room and there was someone in there getting dressed. I felt so bad so they had us wait outside of the room. Then immediately after the girl was done they wanted us to go in there. She didnt wipe the bed down put any new sheets down of course I refused. So after my appointment its like 4-6 Hispanic women at the front desk having conversations. They didnt stop to check me out they continued until the phone rang and then after she was done on the phone did we schedule another appointment. The women in that office are horrible they are not friendly when you call I had one girl actually answer the phone "WHAT" when I called. How Disrespectful. Im fed up. I have transferred to another Doctors office where I am much happier. Dr. Davis could have a thriving Office if he didnt have little Puerto Rico messing up his office. I am not a Medicaid recipient and even if I was I shouldnt be treated like I am not important.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The RUDEST office staff I have ever encountered in a medical office. Office staff member "Ruth" was so rude I felt I needed to file a complaint not only with my insurance, but also numerous other agencies. She tried to tell me I was REQUIRED to provide my social security number to receive care. Truth is: you are never REQUIRED to provide your social security number to receive medical care. I provided them my health insurance card and drivers license which is more than enough. Finally got her to admit I wasnt required to provide SS, only for her to rudely remark "well, fine, the doctor can just discharge you if dont want to provide it". Best part, is I was there for a WELL WOMAN exam which is 100% covered by insurance. I was only there for 5 minutes and I was treated like absolute garage. I definitely did not stay to see how I was going to be treated by the doctor, if the office staff treated me like this. Know your rights as not only a customer, but also a patient! And DONT GO HERE!!!

I made an appointment 2 months ahead to see Dr sporn for my wifes pregnancy . When we get there at 8 in the morning they say that they cant see my wife because shes high risk . High risk .? Lol they said it was her bmi and they were not going to see her . The office manager was rude and not understanding at all . Dr sporn didnt even show his face told us at the beginning that we could never get pregnant and look at us now . I kind of thank god me and my wife will not be using this office because honestly everybody there act like there brain dead . I will not refer not even my worst enemy here . BTW I check your specialties and it says you take high risk pregnancy . My wife is not high risk shes just chubby and chubby people have healthy pregnancys also BTW mr. Sporn . You will be hearing from my lawyer . ADIOS .! with your pathetic asses . We do not need you everybody that has gone to you has never talked good things on your name and practice . Good luck for discrimination against us "fat" "high risk" people . Lol .
