This place is NOT practicing screening guidelines for ebola. No one is asking about travel outside of USA, having worked with an ebola patient. NO ONE is taking anyones temperature until they are brought back into a common patient area inside. Sick patients sit together in waiting room...some vomiting...some very ill looking (I was a critical care nurse and a Masters Degree family nurse practitioner.) You walk into building through a common door into a hallway with offices for internists and family practice and occupational medicine. Once inside the hallway you have to turn a door knob to access the urgent care area. Infectious secretions from an ebola patient could be on door knob...and the ebola virus can live for days on dried vomit, blood, or diarrhea..or other bodily secretions. I had an open wound yet the Indian/Pakistani doctor NOR any of the staff EVER washed their hands before touching me or AFTER touching me or my wound. I had severe diarrhea and brought in a sample in a plastic bag yet no one donned gloves, gown or any protective gear when they took the specimen out of the room. Tanner is unready to handle ANY infectious case much less ebola. Do NOT go to ANY Tanner facility until they figure out protocols.

Waste of my time. I called at 10:17 am to explain that I have a UTI and I did mention that I am pregnant. I was told that was fine and it was confirmed that my insurance would cover the services. I just arrived 5 mins ago (3:40 pm) and the woman at the desk said automatically said upon seeing me "if youre here for anything woman related she wont see you"... I explained that I had called earlier and she again said "we just had to turn another one away. She just wont see you youll have to go to the ER if you cant afford an OB doctor". Um. I have insurance so Im not sure why she assumed that I cant afford an OB and they also wasted my time. Not to mention that she was just rude and unapproachable. Wont be back- pregnant or not.

Incompetent. Went in for possible sprained ankle/fracture. Waited for 2 hours. They told me I didnt have a fracture, sent me home with a wrap that was too tight (turned my toes and foot blue and purple and my whole leg went numb) and it was loose on my ankle so it was virtually useless and told me to wait another week meaning I have to walk on a badly sprained ankle for another week with no protection for it. Couldnt understand the doctor, never got a proper diagnosis, waited ridiculously long for any doctors office. I will never be returning to the Villa rica office even if my life depends on it. I learned more about what I should do for my ankle from google than the doctor. Dont waste your time and money here.

I have been going to Tanner Urgent Care/Villa Rica off and on for the last 5 years for minor illnesses. The Drs and staff have always been very nice professional and answered any and all questions i/we had.Dont believe the negative reviews, everyone has their own experience this place is very thorough and professional when it comes to getting you better!

We have been here a couple of times and have not had to wait too long - 30 minutes at the most. The cost is reasonable and of course cheaper then an ER visit. The staff was friendly, caring and very helpful. The office and the examine rooms have been clean every time we have been there.

This place is what happens when clueless american voters have their Govt. run health care. These people have a company policy of making people wait 15 minutes before being attended to. How can that be considered urgent,or immediate.0 stars should be an option

Ridiculous wait times. I went in for a TB Test and waited for over an hour to be seen. Location had only one nurse on staff and could not get to me. I would go to any other location than sit at this one and waist your day.

Every experience I have had there has been very pleasant. The staff is so thorough and very professional. Not only are they sweet, but the doctors listen to you and explain the diagnosis to make sure you understand.

It is anything but "immediate" care. And the doctor rushed through everything and talks to you like your incompetent.
