This is a pathetic excuse for a clinic. l go in with glands swollen the size of golf balls, sore throat so bad l cant even swallow. l work in foodservice by the way, they tell me yea you can go to work Monday but the culture wont be back from the lab til Tuesday, l got no antibiotics, oh yea they wanted to give me a prescription for a chloraseptic type gargle. What the hell, l need this sore throat to be gone and the infection cleared up. l DO NOT recommend this place at all. Oh they are nice enough but the care quality is in the dumper. l am not one to run to the Dr. for anything but this is bad, l mean really bad and they did nothing for me at all. So l will self medicate with over the counter remedies, damn if l ever go to the doctor again!! l went because my boss and myself were doing it for public safety, apparently they dont care about that!! lf l could have given negative stars l would have doesnt deserve the 1 they got as it is, but you have to rate something to post ...

My first experience with URGENT CARE was VERY positive. They wouldnt help me BUT they did call an ambulance that took me to a hospital that saved my life. My next experience was BAD. They prescribed an antibiotic that I had VERY bad side effects with. They seem to be very nice people but Im not sure about their professional abilities. Like anywhere else you must be CAREFUL. Maybe they will improve.

Apparently Sundays are busy. When I arrived, there were three ahead of me in the receptionists line, and several others seated. I figured it would be more than an hour. Nope. Twenty minutes from the time I arrived until I walked out the door. Yet the PA took time to explain things.
