This is one of the worse Companies I have ever been serviced by. They have very poor communication. They have had on more than one occasion that two aides showed up and on other occasions no aide. They have expressed employee business with clients as well as none of their employees have care plans and come in with little to no knowledge about the patient. I have never seen an organization where the administrator does not accept or return calls to clients about their issues. This is a company that will cause more issues and stress than assist. I only gave it one star because it is the lowest I could possibly give. It is more like a no star organization. Do not trust your loved ones in their care. Just in case you need names: Michael, Elizabeth, Ashley and Tameka. I would not even recommend them as an employee. This is from a clients perspective that have been been in the nursing business for over 20 years with over 15 years of management and seven years of direct nursing administration of two level three hospitals. They do not even deserve to bein business.

I have nothing but good things to say about Delta Homecare. My uncle suffered a serious setback in his health. He was falling, disoriented, and could not even feed himself. With my first day on a new job 5000 miles from NEWNAN and it being Thanksgiving, I was terrified to leave him. Elizabeth at Delta Homecare was able to have someone there the very next day while I was still in town, so l could see if this would work for him before I left. Not only did she make sure I had 24 hour coverage for the holiday weekend, but she also covered some of the nighttime hours herself when they could not get them staffed. The care, companionship, and housekeeping assistance provided by Delta Homecare was invaluable in improving my uncles ability to begin caring for himself and giving me peace of mind. Elizabeth called each week to see how much care my uncle needed and was able to coordinate any last minute changes in his needs. They are still providing care for my uncle and I will be forever grateful to Delta Homecare.

Communication with office staff can be difficult to get calk backs and trying to make no mistakes on time sheets so you dont have to refill out than refax timelogs/client logs can be stressful. If your able to obtain a steady work week than its all worth it. Most the office staff will work with you. Getting a 30 hour week schedule is hard though. Clients are nice. Hate how I cant get in touch with the office for days at a time until an office employee calls because they want a fax paper...and if Im not talking to the person, over what I need to know, than I have to wait again...or not get an answer at all. I guess thats how its done now. If you can reach certain people in the office theyre great at working with you on whatever though.

I have come to realization that being a caregiver is not easy. Caring for a senior is especially difficult because of my father-in-law’s poor communication and limited mobility issues. I appreciate the caregiving staff from Delta HomeCare, and the office staff that coordinates the care and supports their caregivers. I understand that nobody is perfect, and most problems are communication problems. Delta HomeCare and their caregivers are doing their very best, and when issues arise, the caring staff is responsive. I know that they care. Thank you!

Absolute worst company to work for! They refuse to pay you money that you earned, and their staff is extremely rude and unwilling to work towards a solution. They did not provide anything, my patient and myself had to buy our own materials on several different occasions. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not only for employment, but my patient has now went through four different workers. This company is extremely unorganized and inefficient. Please do not trust your loved ones with this organization, huge mistake!
