This is really a terrible facility. When I made an appointment for my gout, they mentioned a doctor’s name. When I got there, there was an NP who does not seem to know as much about gout (he did not even know that uric acid-lowering medication should not start during an attack) and tried to send me home without med. I explained my rationale for needing med this time, and then he was convinced to write a script for allopurinol. Then, I was sent home without seeing MD. At the reception, I was still charged for a regular co-pay ($20) so I asked why I have to pay the same co-pay (as I would have paid by seeing an MD) without seeing an MD- they say that the contract is set in such a way. Last year, when I saw an PCP for a regular check-up, the PCP did not ask anything more than a nurse already asked me.... nothing else was done by this PCP.

I went here for the first time today. It is a very small place, so it would be difficult to judge it according to most peoples standards. It is very unlike the high-tech, cold and clinical places that we have come to expect from most health care agencies. I know that everyone would probably look down their noses at the condition of the office, but from my perspective, they are giving it their best considering that it is a government-funded organization, not a private, for-profit company. I met Colin Spake and was surprised to find that he was much more considerate than the other reviews have claimed. I would actually have to say that the overall experience was reasonably pleasant, efficient, and friendly, and did not have any of the anonymity of most of the other so-called "higher quality" corporate health care organizations.

The doctor I normally see here is Dr Carianne Blomquist. She is lovely, very helpful, kind and understanding the way a doctor should be. Id recommend her to anyone.... But when she hasnt been there Ive had to see an NP named Colin Spake. Hes terrible. Doesnt seem to like his job or care about patients at all. The guy that walked out before me had pink eye, Spake didnt even clean out his eye for this poor man. Then I went in and he didnt care about anything I said. I asked him do you have a problem with me or are you just really crappy at your job, he said I dont have a problem with you... Well I guess that means hes just crappy at his job! I urge anyone to see Dr. Blomquist... Shes the real doctor there and the one that will help you!

Totally Unprofessional when I original called to make my first appointment they sent me to the wrong location cost me 20 dollars they offered me a ride which was nice I was really disappointed when I was 36weeks for them to tell me I am not allowed to give birth to my baby because I have a past of hemorrhage in my previous births but told me last minute so now I have to find my doctor that I had previously and switch back over after they informed me I would be giving birth there its exhausting headache and I regret giving them a chance and speaking highly of them theres a reason why they stay under radar!

They are really disorganized. it was like pulling teeth to get a referral out of them, I had to spend multiple hours on the phone and it took almost a week just to start the insurance authorization process. "Doctors" were not impressive, no MDs, mostly nurse practitioners. Facility itself was cramped and also disorganized.

Really great clinic, plus its small and intimate. My son has been going since he was 2 yrs old and my grandmother for the last two years. The staff is amazing and are always helpful and prompt to needs. Would definitely recommend their service.

I had an excellent assembly of team care for my recent pregnancy. From prenatal to postpartum Kiki and Kim were very supportive and caring, addressed and explained all medical needs, and provided further emotional support during delivery.

Unprofessional told me last minute that I no longer can qualify for birthing center now I have a huge inconvience with transferring to my old hospital to give birth to my baby never again!!!!
