I have never written a bad review about a place, but in this case, I cannot keep my mouth shut; I am enraged. I scheduled a physical for my almost three year old son because I needed his eyes checked, as I think his tear ducts do not work properly. But instead of getting anything checked, they asked me a bunch of questions for almost an hour and a half, even bringing in a psychologist because he seemed to be "acting out" and has a lot of energy. Ummm... Duh. He is a two year old boy, who yes, is very active, because his parents are very active.. There is something wrong with this??? My son is very healthy, respectful and a happy kid; he has a great life, surrounded by people who love him, and yet they act like he might have a mental disorder or need to be on drugs. It was an absolute joke! They made a big deal because he was saying no to them for taking his temperature, etc, like it was a bad behavior, but hello? he doesnt know you or what checking his blood pressure is, etc. These doctors were suggesting counseling for myself and my son, parenting classes, but NEVER gave me any answers to any the questions I had or even looked at his eyes. They NEVER examined him, but made him draw? Then they scheduled a second physical to try again in a month. It is all for extra money, a total scam by incompetent "doctors" who treat their patients like an assembly line and do not listen to your needs or what you are telling them. We will NOT be going back there. And I am going to call to make a formal complaint. All my previous experiences have been fine, especially for myself in womens health. But this experience was awful!!! They might want to consider having the doctors who work with kids be doctors who actually have kids or possess common sense.what has happened to healthcare and doctors that are in it for the right reasons and actually care about their patients?

The Heath Center is a joke. I was injured by an errant driver and hurt my neck. I called the Health Center in order to see my regular doctor to be evaluated, and they REFUSED to see me. They said they "dont" see people involved in auto accidents because they have had issues with Auto Insurance Companies. I have a health insurance I pay over $2,200 per month for, and in all the years Ive ever been hit by a driver, (3 times in 35 years), not once have I been refused treatment. Thats because my Insurance pays the costs, then they deal with the Auto Insurance Company to get reimbursed. Instead, I had to go to the local ER and take the space of a person in REAL need, spend over 4 hours waiting to be evaluated, (just to get an X-Ray), which the Health Center could have taken care of in 5 minutes. ERs are not for this type of thing. Heck.....even when I called my Insurance Carriers Nurses Hot-Line, they had not ever heard of such an idiotic rule to not see an injured patient and they were going to report this. Avoid this place like the plague if youre ever hurt in a car accident. Youll thank me later. EDIT: I filed a complaint right after this occurred with my Insurance Carriers Customer Service department. After a few weeks, I was notified in writing that the Health Center was now required to amend its standing "policy" of not treating patients involved in vehicle accidents, (that didnt require services of an Emergency Department or Trauma Center). I would not have made such a big deal of this if it had not cost me over $4000 along with nearly a 4 hour wait for me to go to an Emergency Room to be told I only had a neck strain. This could have easily been done in a 15 minute visit with my Primary Care Physician. But its fixed and Im glad the Health Center was open minded about such a poor policy decision.

I have been coming here over the last 3 years. Dr. Katz was a good doctor. She moved. I love the offices themselves, they are colorful, clean, and roomy. A lot of wonderful competent people all around. BUT, everytime that I have gone theres always seems to be a slip up somehow. One of the GYNO docs there seemed to have given me the wrong prescription which then also took 2 weeks to get it right, and one of the worst bedside manners EVER! Rude and Grumpy!! Or a nurse will promise to FAX a prescription for you, but never does. Or the billing in patients portal is never updated, so you get charged over and over for the same bill. The receptionists must be overworked or something--I have NEVER seen one of them SMILE! Anyway, I know they are trying to do their best, but something somehow always goes AMISS. It doesnt function well as a whole. Definitely not a well oiled machine.

They treat their patients like drug addicts, lack knowledge every gp should have, perform mandatory drug tests without permission - without even listing it in their paperwork. And if you are insulted when you find out and complain, the next time they see you the assistant will lie to get what she wants. Dr Chi was incompetent and condescending. She ignored complications from hyper mobility and acute pain and suggested I try yoga (dangeous for me) or acupuncture. (No more affective than a placebo) The nurse practitioner, Darcie was better and the receptionists were great. But I wont be going back. Not trustworthy.

first rate care, prompt, kind, yet thorough. everyone working there has a smile on their face. i love this center, also first rate service in the pharmacy! located in the same building, very convenient. the pharmacist and employees are always quick, getting me in and out in a jiffy! best pharmacy around no lies. Kinda a joke! Went in with a back sprain, been going on for 4 days and the NP (dont even know if they even have real doctors there) does nothing, checks of the back and tells me EXACTLY what I just told them!! It was a joke! No help and they DO treat people like drug addicts!!

Best medical care Ive received anywhere. Everyone Ive dealt with from reception, to billing, to my Doctor Carlin Chi, have been outstanding. This is what medical care in the US could look like. Very pleased, been getting care here regularly for 3 years.

Made an appointment for immunization shots for 9:30am. Revived my notice a day in advance. When I got there our health care provider was not working today. Now they cant set up,a new appointment for over an hour. Very unprofessional.

I dont have to wait for unreasonable amounts of time and the staff is friendly and explained everything.
