Takes forever to get an appointment, I would of given it 2 stars because of the friendly staff (Gina especially) but I recently had to just finally give up on them because of some horrible Dr named Denise Renee Gonzalez. She wasnt even the doctor I saw but because my doctor used her script pad my Pharmacy called her to make sure i got 120 pills instead of 20 because the doctor filled it out wrong, this was for pain medicine i had signed a pain contract on the 15th but because I get a 30 day supply every month this day always moves around because not all months are 30 days I had gotten it on the 13 of May since may has 31 days I should of been getting it on the 12th this month but she insisted I couldnt get it filled till the 15th even though my pharmacy told her I hadnt been filling it early and this would be 3 days i would be without pain meds, I have chronic back pain and have been on these meds for years so without them I will get really sick I brought in the bottle to show her but she still didnt care.....I dont know what happened to Dr Quinones but he was the only Dr worth anything there, now that you have more choices if your on health plan of san mateo medical i would avoid this place like the plague especially if this incompetent lady is the one running the show now. Only reason to ever go here is if you enjoy having to wait 3 months to see a doctor after you call to make an appointment.

I have been a patient here for the longest. My experiences here has been the worst ever, The staff is rude, slow, and not up to date with medical attention, it takes so long to get an appointment, and it takes forever to be called. While patients are waiting to be seen, the staff are fooling around and talking about baby showers and things they are planning to do over the weekend. This place is very unprofessional but then again, this is San Mateo County County for you. This place is filled with unprofessional, rude, and not so smart people. I come from San Francisco and even though San Francisco is congested with people and yes the wait is very long, I rather stick to San Francisco County. They may be a little rude but in the long run, their doctors are more educated and with better background.

Ugh! Absolutely the WORST place to see a "doctor" I had a "nurse practitioner" I was seeing there and she was a TERRIBLE human being! She was condescending, inaccurate, and she tended to invalidate anything that was going on with me. It was HELL to talk to someone because Ive waited up to an hour to talk to a human being! When I FINALLY got to speak to human, Id leave a message for Amanda Collison (my now former "nurse practitioner" thank God) and it would take her over a week to get back to me, if she did at all. Now theyre playing their BS childish games with my poor mother! I swear to GOD Ill never return to this clinic again! SMFH!

It takes months to get a doctors appointment. They are the worst! I have been told to go to the emergency room or follow the mobile clinic. Even the so called urgent care also known as the mobile clinic, refused to treat me. So UNPROFESSIONAL!! I wondered how many people end up dying or resulted in permanent damage due to their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

The medical care I received recently was satisfactory. However the register lady was sloppy in doing her job. I waited there for extra 2 hours just because she did not really key in my name for lab test. OMG!!!
