Called to set an appt but the woman I spoke to seemed barely interested I called & then we just sat in silence for like 2-3 mins while she looked for an appt... so I ended up saying never mind because if it was like that over the phone, Id hate to see what its like in person. Going elsewhere!

I never actually came in for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment over the phone and the receptionist was quite rude and sound annoyed the entire conversation. By the end of it I said, never mind and cancelled it.

Tim Jackson is all the reason you need to be seen here! I would agree that the receptionists are not that welcoming, but the treatment you get from Tim makes you forget the front desk.
