My husband has been seen by Dr. Peterman for many years and has been treated for skin cancer. We recently relocated to Florida. He specifically and solely went into the office prior to our move to sign a form authorizing release of medical records to our new dermatologist once one was selected. We have scheduled an appointment with a new Dr. and when my husband contacted Dr. Petermans office he was advised there was no form on file. He was further instructed to contact our new Dr. and obtain the necessary form. We knew this - however, the entire point of being proactive was to have the form on file as we attempted to do. The inefficiency of the office staff and the inconvenience of having to go through this unnecessary process - along with the waste of time on all parties parts is unbelievable. Dr. Peterman is a fine Dr. but the office staff continues to be a challenge.

Dr. Peterman is a great dermatologist, but I am having some problems in getting my Retina-A. It seems that BC/BS has not received the preauthorization. The staff is very slow. I have seen Angela for many years and she it the best. I hope the staff gets their act together. At my age I still get ACNE (71).
