The care service was good for my cat but the attitude of communicating with customer was poor and unclear. Prior to the visit, I called and said that my cat just got all test done everything is up-to date and he just needs couple vaccines and Im looking for a place where my cat can get them without getting another exam. The lady answered my phone told me to bring all the records and that should be okay. That was our initial agreement on the phone. After visit, came home and realized that I was billed for "annual exam" so I called for clarification. All I heard is "I apologize." many times. So next day I visited the office to adjust the situation then was told I will get a call from a manager. Next day I got a call and was told "We never said that we will give vaccines without test!" Basically telling me that I lied..... Its not the bill I was charged, but the attitude in handling the situation was simply putting the cause of issue on the customer and the office will just blame and ignore. I tried enough to give them a chance to make it right by calling, visiting, and answering the phone.... Overall, I am shocked and cant trust this place. Thought its important to let others to know the truth.

I took my pets here for years (starting after a horrible experience at a vet that had been slightly closer and led to the death of a pet that I believe would have made it had he been under Dr. Clarks care). Dr. Clark was always fantastic--hes caring, compassionate, and always gave my pets the best care. I had a rat that had congestive heart failure and when I had to call the office on his day off because she wasnt doing well, they called him and he called me back to discuss what might need to be done for her. When he didnt have the answers (which happened a handful of times, since I was always running into new health issues with all my rats), he did whatever research he had to in order to get those answers. He goes above and beyond, and I always felt like all of my pets got the best care possible. The staff was positively fantastic as well. Sadly, I moved out of state several years ago; if theres one thing I miss most about the area, it was having such a fantastic vets office and knowing that my furry friends would always be well cared for. (I did find a wonderful vet in my current state, but they havent quite managed to outshine Dr. Clarks office. I dont know that any vet ever could.)

High Cost Vet! I took 4 kittens for a wellness exam and first vaccine to Milford Vet Clinic. These were kittens that were found in a friends neighborhood. The vet was very nice and examined the kittens with care. However, the amount I was charged was crazy! I was charged an office visit for each kitten....$45. When I questioned the charge, the receptionist told me that is the cost of the exam. I was trying to do a nice thing for these kittens instead of taking them to a shelter and I feel like I was taken advantage of. No good deed goes unpunished!

My family took our pets to Dr. Clark when I was a kid and I still drive from Farmington to see him now. I have tried other vets out of convenience, but I always come back to Dr. Clark. He is so compassionate to our animals and all pet owners. He even did surgery on our pet rat (for an extremely reasonable price) when no one else would touch her. He is so knowledgeable and supportive. I cant imagine better care for my pets.

Been going here since the early 90s. Dr. Clark is the best. No frills, no hard sell, just excellent care for our pets. You cant beat experience on the job and Dr. Clark has them all beat there as well as being very knowledgeable in his field. Our Shih Tzus (Sushi and Rosie) and Chocolate Lab (Molli) had the best of care there. I see lots of cats there, too.

We recently had to put our dog down. We felt very sad and upset. Doctor Jill Flood took care of our dog. She was so very kind and understanding. She really helped us thru this time of sadness. I would recommend this vet office to anyone who needs a vet and you want the best understanding people to help you with your pet.
