I took my dog there to get treated for parvo virus and they kept giving me the run around about what was going on. They told me the only way my dog was going to live was to keep it there, so I did and then when my dog wasnt getting better I told them to put him down because if the dog wasnt getting better I could not afford to keep it going on the medicine. They called me an our later and said they didnt put him down because he was doing better. I was happy but the next day they said the same thing, that he wasnt getting better and so I told them to put him down again. Not even an hour after that they called back and asked if the vet could adopt the dog and keep treating it, because obviously she could afford it. Well they said we had to only pay from the first time I said to put it to sleep and then when we got the bill it was almost 500.00 I had already paid 398.00 the night I left him there and another 300.00 earlier that week. I called them and told them I dont think this is right, that the vet gets to keep my dog that I pretty much paid to get better and than I get to pay another 500.00 while she gets to enjoy the dog. Well I didnt pay the bill and they sued me. I had to go to court and I setteled because I didnt have a lawyer and they did. so if I would of had a trial and lost than I wouldve had to pay all the court costs and all their lawyer fees. This is just a portion of every thing that happened I just dont have all day to type it. I think this vet sucks and should be closed. they also almost killed one of my friends dogs to.

I have been taking my animals (dogs and cat) to Roadside Veterinary Clinic since I moved to this area 4 years ago. In addition to veterinary care, my animals have also been boarded there and my dogs have attended doggie day care from time to time. Dr. Joy and the staff are very kind and caring and very professional. I trust them and appreciate the way they treat and care for my animals.

Bella loved visiting with your staff for 4 days. We were very confident leaving her with you. (she hadnt been away from home before). She was also groomed while with you, when we arrived to pick her up, she looked great! We thank all of the staff involved with her care, they all did an excellent job! I have been to a lot of vets and left a lot of them because I did not like staff and/or doctors. The staff and "nurses" here are so great and nice. My little dog loves getting here because they make him so happy. The doctors are good too. I had a bad experience once with a substitute doctor so now I always make sure to see their normal doctors and have no complaints.

I took two dogs there for twelve years and I never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful and caring. I am so glad I had them as my vet, I just wish they had an emergency location closer. I take a cat and another dog there now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I also took foster dogs there and they gave me a discount on procedures. They are the BEST!

I took my dog, Jake, into the Roadside Vet clinic and they took care of him right away. It was just a regular check up but he had put on a little weight so the vet went over everything that I could do to help him lose the couple pounds that he gained. Everyone was so helpful and I really appreciated how much they cared about Jake.

I have been using Roadside Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years now for all of my babies. I love the care the whole staff gives not only the animals but the owners as well. They understand how important our pets are to us :)
