Ive had doctors be verbally rude, and physically aggressive. The few times Ive been here, the doctors wont even listen to me trying to explain what is ailing me, they just talk to me as if they think Im stupid and wasting their time. Theyll either prescribe me a pain medication or medicine that usually will only help as a bandaid to the problem, then send me on my way. One doctor didnt like my necklace, so when he went to listen to my breathing, he began pushing me around, and yanked my shirt up without warning or permission. I try to be as polite as I can to the nurses and doctors, and have never complained about the lack of care to anyone in the office, but most of them always seem so angry and unhappy to be there. Youll usually see a doctor after a two or more hour wait to see a doctor for not even five minutes. I bring my partner along with me now because usually they will leave you all alone in a room for hours, most of the time theyre talking about what salad they had for lunch, or their relationship problems loudly out in the hallway. If you want actual medical care, I dont suggest going to the prompt care, and if you want an appointment with your primary care doctor, be prepared to wait upwards of two months. Otherwise youll be sent to specialists in Tacoma or Lakewood.

Yesterday I went to the Prompt Care in Puyallup. I have asthma and I was out of my inhaler. I was unable to get into my regular doctor for a week so my husband suggested Prompt Care. We went to the clinic, waited for about one hour. The front desk staff was great, the medical assistant who checked me in was very nice. Dr. Green came in and it was a different story. He immediately told me that he had checked my records and could not find any treatment for asthma for the last three years. He said that people with "serious" asthma end up in the ER very often. I told him that I have had one ER visit 3 1/2 years ago for asthma and didnt want to be in that situation again so I was here asking him to write me a rx for an inhaler. He asked me how often I used the inhaler, said that I wasnt current wheezing....pretty much gave me the opinion that I was wasting his time. He said that he didnt mean to offend me....I am not sure what his point was. Terrible bedside manner. Terrible experience. I tried several times to reach the Clinic Manager, Zena. I would wait on hold to speak to a representative, ask for Zena and then be placed on an extended hold....never did reach her.

I scheduled my sons appointment 2 months in advance. I called a week prior to the appointment to confirm the time (because they never sent a reminder like all other offices) At that point they told me that I had to schedule because Dr "Jaffer" was going on vacation for a month. & they said that as a new patient, we werent a priority in their schedule & would have to wait another 2months! How unprofessional & what a waste of time. I had to request time off for that appointment + had I not called, they would have never notified me that the appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. What a waste of time.

I normally see Anna Warden and shes great. But I had to get in quickly, so I was scheduled with a different doctor. They sent me to Greg Proulx, and he was an a** and a bully. He had no interest in helping me, in fact his first words after looking at my chart were "I cant help you". Maybe he shouldnt be a doctor any more?!? He poked my arms a couple times and came up with a diagnosis and what to do, exercises, etc, ignoring my attempts to tell him Id been doing 90% of that for more than a week, and my arms were only getting worse. Avoid him at all costs.

I called to make a appt for my 7 year old son with belly pain. Receptionist said we had opening at 2:30 and check in time is at 2:15. Showed up and my appt wasnt until the the 19 of January. Its the 13th. No wonder why ER are so busy because people cant get in to see their doctor. This is the second time this office has messed up our appt. I do not recommend this office at all. Your appt will be put off or they will tell you they dont have you schedule at all.

I havent gone to a doctor in 3 years, I started wondering why and then I came here, barely able to walk after hitting my knee with a framing hammer causing serious bruising and pain. I saw the doctor for all of 5 minutes after waiting 2 hours. They sent my x-rays off to a specialist and me home with an ace bandage and told me "you should probably wrap that up when you get home". And "that is going to be very painful for a a few weeks" I do not plan on returning.

I would give this no stars if they let me, they dont take a health history, dont know what your there for, they dont address what your there for, and the doctor will tell you after you wait shes too busy to do your check up!!!if you care about your health DO NOT GO HERE

Marj Bergsma is very attentive and doesnt seem eager to leave the room or rush you out the door. Her nurse has a sense of humor, is skilled with needles, and was prompt in calling me regarding my tests. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming here for a year since I moved here from Tennessee and I see Janis Fegley she is the BEST!!!!. I can say I have never talk to, seen or encountered anyone that wasnt caring about me as a patient .

Does anyone know why they changed all of their doctors? They didnt even tell me she left. No communication.
