I have not been seen there. I just spent over an hour to make an appointment to see a doctor and at the end could not. I wanted to make an appointment with an internist, they would not let me , apparently you can only see an internist with a referral [I always thought internal medicine was primary care]. Than I wanted to see a family physician, you cannot see one either, the only way to see a doctor is to see a mid level provider and than get a referral if that provider deemed that you need to see one. I have had not so good experience with mid level providers [compare 4 years of med school and 3 years of hands on experience with 6 months of observership]. Even than you cannot make an appt with a mid level provider, they connect you to a nurse who told me that I need to go to ER for abdominal pain that I have had for 1 month. I give up So got to see a doctor finally! He was nice, though, was running an hour late. overall the experience with the doc was good. He suggested that I continue to take my meds as prescribed my previous doctor, and gave me a referral to see GI specialist as he thought I was taking very high doses of prevacid. But suggested to continue taking the high doses until i see the specialist. So a week later I had to call for refill, [prevacid, not any narcotic]. Than my struggles started again. Had to call for 3 days straight, literally on phone for 1 hour a day [during my lunch hour]. Finally got the prescription refilled. But then they sent it to walgreens, which is not covered by their insurance, which they should know. Than, I looked up on their website found that the closest pharmacy that they approve is about 6 miles away [rite aid] and called them again to send the prescriptions over there. 2 days later they sent it over only to find that they did not send the high dose that the doctor had approved. Really frustrating.

Ive had to walk out twice from urgent care. They leave me in a room over 2 hrs. When I walked out didnt stop at the desk for my refund so I called customer service for my money and they didnt offer my refund, stating I should have stop at the desk they can see that I wasnt treated. Ive also been to the doctor so many times for the same problems and still havent solved any of my problems but keep taking my co payments.. in California I had good doctors at Kaiser here they are still group health to me

The doctors have always been very understanding here. Ive visited the urgent care offce a handful of times and I have always appreciated how they take the time to listen to me, no matter how trivial my question may seem. I do wish that the line in the pharmacy went faster. The last time I was there it took nearly an hour of waiting to get my prescription filled, and it was only a tube of lidocaine.

Ive had several appointments here for different concerns -- cardiology, prostate, arthritis. Care has been variable but competent. About what youd expect. Staff are polite. My main gripe is that these services often arent offered at the Olympia facility, the trip to Tacoma can involve at least a couple extra hours on crowded roads contributing to climate chaos.

Absolutely do not go here if you are on some kind of bronze or low-coverage plan. Prices are through the roof! I should have asked for costs of things before agreeing, especially since I could have done what I needed somewhere else. Remember with convenience comes cost. That said, the staff is very friendly, and the building is easy to navigate, clean, and new.

Waited 56 minutes on phone to order prescription, then waited 1hour 15 min to pick it up, its ridiculous, prices on insurance went up thru roof as well as wait time, seems like as soon as they got me sign up they didt care about anything except payment due, ill change this plas as soon as inrollment opens

We really like Group Health (now Kaiser) and the way that they deliver medical services. The electronic medical record makes for good communication between all provider, you can make appointments online and order meds online to have them delivered. They are conscientious and deliver high quality.

I first joined in 1976 and had my 3 kids there and loved it. We moved out of state but when we returned I joined through work. I love my physician Dr Yi. So much compassion and caring. This time around Ive been a member for 20 years.

This hospital just joined Kaiser and they give Kaiser a bad name, really crappy customer service! ALL AROUND and I usually give people the benefit of doubt, I would recommend to go to any other Kaiser hospital if at all possible

I called in and the first person I spoke to was extremely rude. Everyone else was nice but if I were trying to get assistance, I would immediately stop trying to get help if I had to talk to her first.

love their hours, most everything centralized, and almost always have a nice experience with staff at the pharmacy & lab, although they are clearly overworking their doctors and nurses, like everywhere

We went to the Group Health midwives here for prenatal care and delivery. They were great. Throughout the whole experience they were accessible, empathetic and full for information. Highly recommend.
