Ive been going to Willard street family dental for almost as long as Ive been in Vermont, which is 35 years. My most recent visits were with Dr DeSanctis and a new hygenist (to me) as my prior hygenist moved out of state within the last 6 months. My cleaning went well, although this new hygenist is quite a bit more aggressive than the last. In the past Ive never felt like Ive sacrificed any quality for comfort so well see how this goes. And yesterday Dr DeSanctis repaired a small superficial cavity, a first for a very long time. He completed the task, in and out, in 15 minutes with no anesthetic which was fine. His chair side manner is positive and bubbly, but hurried, but he does try hard to make his patients comfortable. Dr Barclay made more of a personal connection to his patients and when going in it was like seeing an old friend. But times change and Im a happy patient.

I just had my first appointment at Willard St Dental, and it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and competent, and I really felt like I came away with important information about taking care of my teeth that I havent gotten from other dentists. They are very thorough in the care they provide, and they really take the time to explain things, which I greatly appreciate. The one thing I would recommend is investing in a bike rack! Since the office is so conveniently located in the downtown Burlington area, Im sure a lot of other patients arrive by bicycle, and would appreciate having a place to safely lock their bikes. All in all, though, probably the best dentist experience Ive had.

its my first time with this practice but not my first time here; it warmed my heart to still see dr. fersings plate on the door. everyone was super nice and the work was done quickly and i really felt i was in good hands. this was my first filling ever even though i can remember the nixon administration, so it could have been scary, but it wasnt. it was just fine. and its STILL just fine, even though the anesthesia is mostly worn off, so yay!

Warm, friendly, positive staff, and my care feels really comprehensive. They offer early morning and late evening appointments that mesh well with work schedules, and theyre located in a very accessible location in Burlington. While it may seem like a small thing, their system for sending reminders and updates via email and text has been really helpful -- I wish more businesses operated this way. Overall, Im really satisfied with my care.

The best dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend. Great, friendly staff. Early and Late hours. I brought my son to have a broken tooth repaired. They did such an amazing and efficient job that I may actually make an appointment for myself (I have not been to a dentist in 20 years). I give this dental office 5 stars and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you! My son can smile again.

I am so pleased with Willard Family Dental. They were able to squeeze me in for an urgent matter and were able to help me that evening. The entire staff was professional and caring. I recently completed my dental implant and was extremely happy with the result. The staff and Dr. were so concerned and helpful, I was really impressed. Dr. DeSanctis really cares!

First experience here and I felt it went well. Chris was my hygienist and Kris was the doc. First impressions - relaxed, friendly, and convenient. I would give 5 stars but they do not have all the fanciest new equipment. That said, you dont need that fancy equipment to do a nice job either. Ill be back in 6 mo. The gals upfront were friendly too.

Ive never had a more pleasant and enjoyable experience at the dentist. I had some crown work done by Dr. DeSanctis and several cleanings at Willard St. The entire staff is friendly and went out of their way to fit me in to appointments around my schedule. I would highly recommend Willard St Family Dental to anyone within driving distance.

I brought my brother Bill who had broken some of his teeth in the front.Thought the Doctor would have to pull them. Wow was I surprise when Bill came out and Dr.Adam DeSanctis had save the teeth. I was amaze.Bill can now smile. I founded everyone there to be very friendly, and helpful. Great place to go for a Dentist. Thank You

Dr. DeSanctis has been my dentist for since Dr. Fehrsing retired. I have some problem teeth and Dr. DeSanctis has managed to keep them in my mouth! He is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. Plus he has a great personality. He makes it fun to come to his office. And Penny, his assistant, is perfect for the job.

Im so impressed with how efficiently Dr. DeSanctis replaced an old filling today. I went in to get it checked out, he told me the problem, suggested a solution, and got right to work. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour! Ive had great experiences with routine cleanings, too.

Ive been going here for a few years. Patricia is a great hygienist is very friendly. Dr. Adam is friendly too for the few minutes you see him. I think a good hygienist is more important. Good location in a Victorian house within walking distance of downtown.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Keeton. He was kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly. I was able to be seen at 7:00 PM which is a great bonus for me as I cant miss work generally for non-urgent issues.
