Patient First is definitely not their motto at this urgent care. This location does not care about the well being of its patient. For those of you who may not have the time to read thru my long review. In summary, even though I have been to Patient First before AND with proof of identification and health care information on my phone. I was still denied care from the nurse because she cant scan my IDs. I offered to email them to the care center, the nurse said they cant take it. I had severe back pain and could barely stand straight. I left my IDs at home but since I went to a patient first location before, my first thought was I can get treatment here since all my information was already entered. I also can access my medical card thru my Cigna app on my phone. When I got there, they were unable to locate my record in their system. The receptionist asked me to find something that would prove my identity which I DID - a picture of my drivers license in my phone. With both my health card and my drivers license which has a clear picture and all my information, the receptionist talked to her manager who brought a nurse out. She was nothing but patronizing. She asked who did my exam before, and suggested: although its the holidays, I should leave them a voicemail and wait for them to get back to me after the holidays. (Know this was right before the thanksgiving holiday so it could take 4days for me to get an answer.) or if I need treatment right away, I should go to an emergency room. Although, my insurance does cover that cost, but going to emergency room for back pain? Thats wasting our countrys resources. People with more life threatening things should go there. After reading that this location bills its patients extra charge... I guess I should probably be happy that I dodgded that bullet..

My wife slipped and hurt her rib(s) on Saturday, July 2nd, at 3 pm so we didnt want to go to the Emergency room at Inova Hospital, so we went to Patient First, Fairfax, which just opened. Overall, it was the best experience I had with immediate care facilities, the facility itself was modern, pleasant and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. We were quickly seen by a real doctor, nurses, etc. My wife had an x-ray which showed no rib(s) cracked, we were offed medication and a prescription for pain but my wife didnt want any medication at that point. We are very happy with this new facility and I would advise anyone to try it out and you will save a bundle of money and get professional medical services.

I am really impressed with this overall experience. I didnt have a long wait, but I also go there right as they opened. I can imagine it gets busy as the day goes on. I met with one of the doctors and began telling him what I thought was wrong. He politely stopped me and explained that I should just tell him my symptoms because it may be something else and he wanted rule out everything. The blood-work on site was prompt and he had it all figured out quickly. I AM AMAZED AT THIS EXPERIENCE! I have been to four doctors about this and he finally figured it out. This doctor really took his time to listen to me and hear ALL of my troubles.

The wait time on 9/16 was very minimal. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the Dr was very helpful. The wait time in the room on Saturday 9/17 for the follow up visit was much longer, but the nurse was so kind and pleasant I did not mind, she brought me ice water and offered a blanket. The Dr as well, was very friendly and efficient. The facilities, both Fairfax and Manassas, have always been clean and the receptionists are very polite. I recieved a follow up call today (9/20) and the nurse who called was also very polite. Im very happy that Ive switched to Patient First, and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Very slow service. I took my little daughter to be seen. got there at 9pm. By 10:30 pm the doctor hasnt showed up yet. When we decided to leave then doctor came out. The nurse tried to stop us and she was like: "You have waited this long you might as well just wait". Definitely would NOT recommend this place. I usually go to Fair Oaks Walk in Medical Center and there services is much much quicker (I get seen by a doctor within 45 min) and most of their doctors are very nice! I will just stick with them for now.

Friendly and clean place. It seemed like no one was there except the secretary. The doctor was nice and approachable, but he took forever to get there. The place didnt seem like it had any other patients. The bill initially was $15 dollars and the secretary said that was for everything included meds. I was so happy and amazed how cheap it was. Then about two weeks later I get a bill from them for $260! Bummer, they shouldve gave me a real answer so I could expect what the true payment was.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. We have been there 2 times and will not be back. Each time we were there for hours and hours with no actionable diagnosis, so we had to go to a different doctor to get results. They did not follow up as promised, and are always full of excuses. I escalated to the Director who did not return my call. What a shame because they are within walking distance of my house.

Fast service went on a Saturday morning expecting to wait forever and was on and out in an hour. Doctor was the funniest most friendly guy - made me very comfortable. The medical assistant was super respectful and courteous. I would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff members were great, but I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. The doctor didnt listen to the description of my symptoms and didnt offer an appropriate remedy. He also made insensitive remarks. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Tran was great and Brit in registration was very nice as well. The entire staff was very friendly and comforting the entire time I was there. It was very consistent as well as they showed the same friendliness to everyone that came in.
