My daughter was the girl hit by the truck on Alta Vista back in Oct 2015 while she was riding her bike Crossing at the yellow light cross walk. My daughter went through EXTENSIVE surgery and recovery from over 70% road rash and a crushed broken ankle. She had been through SO MUCH PAIN AND SUFFERING but by the time we got to New Beginnings she was on the road to a full recovery. She had gotten out of her boot, had zero pain and swelling in her foot (the foot of which she broke her ankle) and just some stiffness from lack of use. Dr Emily of New Beginnings recommended Foot Massage. We trusted Dr Emily at the time to help our daughter!! This was THE WORST DECISION I EVER MA DE to trust "the professional opinion" and recommendation of this chiro over our daughters ankle surgeon who did NOT recommend a need to physical therapy. As a parent, I just wanted my daughter to have a full recovery so what could it hurt to get a foot massage when she had recovered so nicely and all the swelling, brusing, and pain had gone? We just wanted to work on range of motion that had degraded from being in the boot and not off weight bearing so long! Well, her massage therapist Rebekka REINJURED my daughters foot and caused a New Sprain and excruciating pain immediately upon the "massage". We took our daughter to another doctor who got MRIs proving she had sustained a new Sprain and it was due to the massage! New Beginnings denies responsibility for injuring my daughter. They even tried to blame my daughter. I have extensive proof my daughter did NOTHING to injury herself and that this massage was the cause. Based on three separate medical opinions, NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MASSAGING MY DAUGHTERS FOOT AFTER SUCH RECENT TRAUMA. My daughter was put back to step one in her recovery at the hands of these incompetent uneducated quacks. I am NOT sue happy. I just want to warn everyone that these people dont have a clue what they are doing then blame the patient after they cause injury. Disgusting! Be warned! This office even adjusts NEW BORN INFANTS!!! Never in a million years should a parent entrust their children to these quacks.

First and foremost, these ladies are fantastic at what they do. Its amazing how they can adjust pregnant women and even try to coax Breech babies into the right position. At my last appointment they found a misalignment in my lower back that I didnt even realize was going on. But, even more importantly, this office has ALWAYS demonstrated the most excellent and friendly customer service I have ever encountered. I WISH I could find a medical doctors office with this level of attention and compassion to the patient. 2 years ago during a session I had an anxiety attack (Im on disability for PTSD/Anxiety). They were kind and understanding, took me to a private side room and helped me relax so we could finish the appointment. Ive had DOCTORS and NURSES treat me like absolute dog crap for having an anxiety attack, so their caring was greatly appreciated. I live over an hour away and it is more than worth the drive to get here. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Yesterday was my first time back to see Dr Emily in months and I was in so much pain when I got there and after seeing Dr Emily I could immediately feel relief and today I can feel a huge difference! I cant say enough good things about this office! The new office is gorgeous and so welcoming! I highly recommend NB for any aches and pains you may have! I whole heartedly believe that chiropractic care is essential for good health! Thank you Dr Emily!!!

Let me begin by saying the moment my baby and I walked in we were welcomed with quality care. It is beautiful and great atmosphere. They were very understanding of my little ones stranger danger. My little girl is 5 months old and needs very specific care for her spinal growth. Dr Amanda was truly knowledgeable and spent time making sure every need was met. I will recommend New Beginnings to every one.

Called for an appointment, was put on hold for a full 10 minutes. Was told to come on in, so I drive across town only to be told that they must do an exam prior to an adjustment but that they only schedule exams a week in advance. What person in pain will wait a week? So I went to different chiropractor nearby and got in no problem. Wont be back.

I have seen a wide array of doctors and Dr Crisp and her staff are very thorough, caring, friendly and one of a kind. I highly recommend this office to everyone!! I myself like them so much and I am driving 40 miles one way to see Dr Crisp. I cant say enough nice things about this office. You wont be disappointed.
