I started going to see Dr. Lauren and Dr. Eric when I was 5 months pregnant. I learned in my Birth Boot Camp class how important chiropractic care is during pregnancy for a natural birth experience. I cant tell you enough how life changing my chiropractic treatment was. Not only did Eric and Lauren help me physically to have the best pregnancy possible (no back pain!), they taught me so much about how my body works and how to live a healthy life. I highly recommend that you go to see them, whether you have back pain or not, it will change how you view health and life. I also hired Lauren to be my doula, which is someone who gives labor and birth support. She went above and beyond - long before I went into labor. She was always available to answer questions and work with me to get my girl into the perfect position for birth. Even when things didnt go perfectly as I planned, Lauren helped me and my husband to stay calm and make the best informed choices for us and our baby. She was so strong and encouraging to me throughout the process, and was able to see my needs and meet them however she could. After my baby was born, she adjusted her while she was still on my chest for skin to skin! (Being born can be traumatic for a little one) I have learned so much from Lauren, and have a deep respect for all that she does. Shes the best!!

This is by far the best Chiropractic Practice I have ever been apart of! I had chronic pain in my neck, back ,and hips. The pain was so severe that I thought I was going to have to quit my hobbies. Dr. Eric and Dr. Lauren provide an environment dedicated to healing me and my family. Dr. Lauren assisted with the birth of my child and adjusted my wife during labor to help bring the baby to birth. In just 6 short months my quality of life has changed dramatically. Everyday I wake up feeling bless and happy knowing that my chronic pain has been removed. If you want to have a life changing experience let these 2 wonderful Doctors align you to a better health. If you believe that your health is a priority then trust in a Doctor who loves their job. I love these 2 people with all my heart and I know the progress made from seeing these 2 people could not be replicated.Previously I had tried with 3 different Chiropractors and had minimal results. I Thank God the day I met Dr. Eric and Dr.Lauren!

I have seen chiropractors since I was 14. The only one I have ever committed to see regularly has been Dr. Eric. I have never felt so taken care of. I used to always dread the continuous cracking and soreness later when I visited other chiropractors. The care didnt feel personal to my problems, but instead like a routine they had developed to cover the basics. When I visited Dr. Eric for the first time, I was in the last stages of pregnancy. He assessed me and found what I personally needed. He didnt just start cracking a bunch of things because "most people need that....." He made sure to only adjust what was necessary, and he was very gentle on me and baby! Not only have I experienced pain relief, but progress as well in my spinal health! I am so happy to have found Dr. Eric and Lauren! Definitely come and see them!

Ive never been to a chiropractor before regarding back pain but was referred to Dr. Alvarado. He is by far one of the best doctors I know; gives a true level of comfort, informative and knowledgeable about how the spine works, not only helping to relieve the pain by getting adjustments consistently and that the spinal cord controls all the other systems in the body, if the spine is working adequately then the rest of your body can perform at its best. During each adjustment, he explains every step along the way. The office itself is charming, you will feel completely welcomed when you walk through the front door. His assistant is awesome; very helpful and friendly. Since my first adjustment over 3 months ago, my back feels better than ever! I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

I have been going to Dr. Alvarado at Arlington Family Chiropractic Center ever since he opened six years ago. I suffer from degenerative disk disease and bone spurs. Before Dr. Alvarado, I lived in constant pain and I never believed that anyone would be able to help me. I went to MDs, DOs, acupuncturist every thing I could think of to try and stop the pain. Dr. Alvarado is an amazing and compassionate man. He takes the time to listen and in my experience, that is a rare quality in a Dr. Dr. Alvarado provides x-rays, different types of therapy and exercise. He takes care of my whole family. My kids love going to see him. They tell me "dad, I need to see Dr. Eric". With regular Chiropractic care, my family is rarely if ever sick. I trust him completely and I am so thankful to know Dr. Alvarado.

Chiropractic care has helped my family TREMENDOUSLY!! We moved to Arlington in 2010 and were lucky enough to find Dr. Eric, soon there after!!!! My 10 yr old son sees Dr Eric to help control seizures and autistic behaviors. Dr Eric takes his time with my very special needs son and works around any issues Z is having that particular day! Dr, Eric has compassion for his patients and that is why my family sees him!!!! I go to control my migraines and my husband goes to stay pain free from a motorcycle accident he had years ago! The staff is AMAZING!!!!! :) Where can you go now a days that the staff and the Dr are all GREAT??!! I always recommend Dr Eric to everyone i know!!! WE TRULY APPRECIATE THE SERVICE HE PROVIDES!!!

Dr. Alvarado will make sure that you are receiving that best quality Chiropractic care possible. His staff is wonderful. He was able to custom fit me for orthopedics and correct my lower back discomfort in a few short days. He has the ability to treat you with Electrotherapy and many other top of the line treatment methods. He provides a thorough analysis and offers a variety of treatments in addition to adjustments to address all facets of healing. He even recommended the best style pillow to use at home! He also gives back to the community by supporting local events & organizations. His practice is a truly holistic practice. I would highly recommend Dr Alvarado!

Dr. Lauren is amazing, truly. She helped me try to position my son better for birth and was adamant about staying on top of adjustments and such since I was so far past my due date. She really truly cared about me, my baby, and my birth. Dr. Eric is also very kind and helped with some different situations! This place is fantastic, you will not be disappointed and they give a thorough adjustment. ALSO, please do yourself a favor and hire Dr. Lauren to doula for you. Seriously she was absolutely amazing ♡ I will be forever grateful to her for the unending support she provided. Especially you mamas with terrible back labor haha, she helped it so much!

Having multiple sclerosis and having a cernex  in my spine, very few chiropractors even willing to look or help the last five years I have suffered until I met Eric and his wife what they have done for me words cannot even express I used to walk with a cane barely being able to get around and now I have full motion no pain and I feel like Im living life again for those of you who think that there are no options out there go see Eric and his wife let them do for you what they have done for me and thats exactly what their name says on the door restoring life they for they have truly restored my life.
