Sorry to say it was not a good experience for me! First of all I didn"t like the ladies attitude towards me. It was all about control. I went for a drug test for a job. They gave me 4 minutes to pee. Needless to say I couldnt pee. So...the next step. I thought I could drink more water and wait in the lobby. No! Its too late for that. If you cant pee in 4 minutes they send out for an observer to watch you pee. I refused! They had my purse locked up, and would not give me back my license. I was done and wanted to leave. It took 3 calls to my future employer letting them know I refused, which is a lie, and 45 minutes to wait for return of purse and license. I did not know the drug test was going to turn into a hassle. I have not needed one for a long time. Because of all this I did not get the job. I think people need to be informed what to expect with a drug test? What is protocol? Lots of red tape! If the procedure was explained it could have gone a lot smoother.

Came here at 7 am which is when they are suppose to open. Waited 20 minutes for someone to open the lab and still no one. I would think that the point of offering a 7 am opening time is for those who need to get to work or are fasting for tests. If you are set to open at 7 am I suggest you be open.

Great Experience!! I walked in signed it and was able to be seen right away with no wait. Michelle C. was super nice and taking my blood was a easy and PAINLESS!! I will definitely being using this Quest in the future!

Just went in for a wellness test for my employer. Easy to find, was in and out, and the employees were very friendly. Made an appointment and Im glad I did because I wouldnt have been in and out if I walked in.

The staff was super friendly. I was able to have a blood draw, without any pain, or discomfort. There was also no bruising at the area of the draw. I will go to this location from now on. They are the best.
