I had a appointment for a MRI at 9 am. I called the day before to confirm. The girl said yes your appointment is for tomorrow and please arrive a hour early since I needed sedation. I get there after taking my sedation pill and am told my appointment is for the next day. Um well thats not going to work because I already took the pill and I am loopy. They refused to squeeze me in even thought they admitted the girl confirmed my appointment and messed up. Luckily there other location had a cancellation. My husband drove me there and I was taken back right away. The staff was much more friendly. They also have coffee, water and cookies for the people waiting. There waiting room in much nicer and cleaner. My advice is drive a little further to there Mansfield office. Its worth driving the extra 5 miles. Also the lady who assisted me for my MRI was patient with me and very nice.

I found the office to be highly organized and technologically up to date. ID and insurance card were scanned so forms only required signing, not the usual tedious filling out of addresses and contacts. They already had info from my doctor. The staff was friendly, sympathetic, and helpful. Its nice to see that they have good help in this age of budget cuts. I am sure that service varies with how busy they are but I didnt feel that I was kept waiting needlessly, as happens in so many offices. Some of the parking is far from the door and, unless Im mistaken, I think I saw only one handicapped space. It struck me at the time that a person with mobility issues may be troubled by this. I did not encounter this difficulty myself so my observation may not be correct. others could comment.

Staff seems to be friendly but have no problem to move your file back constantly! We made it clear that we only have a limited time to be here. We were told that if we can arrive earlier we would be helped earlier. But I voiced my disappointment in the fact that we had to fill out another "book" of documentation since our last visit was more than 3 months ago. And obviously was retaliated against! Nothing has changed and they had all the info on file! This is a first world country and better start acting like it. There is third world countries with better technology to keep things like this updated! Get with the times and stop wasting your patients time!

After arriving 30 minutes early as they request and waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was informed they were running behind and that it would be an additional hour. This wasnt due to an emergency, and the receptionist stated that afternoons got "backed up." It isnt that difficult to schedule appointments with short wait times. Ive been in health care for 20 years. They were unable to get me rescheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and there really was nothing offered but a weak apology. Do you think I can charge them for my time missed from work? And now I have to turn around and do this again? Dont go here.

The staff is amazing at this location. Night and day difference between their north arlington office. However please note that Envision appears to overbook and multiple people have commented that they showed up for an appointment only to be told its for the following day. It happened to me. So have them send you an email confirming the exact date and time.

After arriving for appointment and waiting for 30 minutes was taken back and left in room for 45 minutes then told they were looking for radiologist to read x-ray. They didnt know where he was. Rescheduled for a 7:45 appointment as needed sedation,upon arrival was told Dr who administers sedation is not here yet and wont be for about 30 minutes.

Waited an hour before they decided yet needed more paperwork from doctor. Which had been faxed over days prior. I had to go to the doctor and get physical copies so they would do the MRI. The waiting room is clean as is the bathroom and the staff were nice, but not organized.

They cant keep their own appointments, leaving people in pain, waiting for more than an hour for services. Very disorganized.
