I have been going to this office since I was young and have always had great experiences there. The staff members are all super friendly and they always make you feel at home. The office is superbly cleaned (an important aspect of any medical facility). Dr. Howard (I see Dr. Howard, so can really only speak about him) is very friendly and very down-to-earth. He always makes me feel safe and comfortable. It is clear that he has extensive experience and strives to provide the best care for all his patients. I recently had three wisdom teeth removed here. I would not have gone anywhere else (I actually only have dental insurance for another dental provider through my work, but opted to pay extra because I did not feel comfortable anywhere else for such extensive work). I cannot recommend this office highly enough. I have been to a couple other dental offices after my insurance changed, but I always end up back here when I need more extensive work done. It is truly the best place Ive been and the only place I feel really comfortable. Thanks so much for all your hard work, Dr. Howard! Thanks so much to all the staff members, as well!

I enjoy going to see Dr. Howard and his staff. I love the feeling of clean teeth but it is not just that. His staff is great. I have been a PT for 8 or 9 years (I think) and my teeth were in rough shape, in the beginning. I had not been to see a dentist in at least 2 years. The previous dentists told me "You have sensitive teeth we can not do anything to help you." I dont have sensitive teeth any more. It took some time a root canal, crown (I think) and a mouth guard (that I hate to wear) but I do not have sensitive teeth anymore. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Howard and his staff. No matter how busy they are I always feel like the only PT they have at the time. I love hearing about Michelles kids and I have enjoyed hearing how Judith is "surviving" motherhood. Its the little things they do that make this a great place!

Dr. Banks and his staff were very professional and personable. I was seen right at my appointment time. Dr. Banks explained everything as he was going through the check up and made sure any questions or apprehensions I had were addressed. I generally hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Banks and his staff truly put me at ease. Also, when Dr. Banks found out I was going to be traveling during the holidays, he took the time out to do my cleaning himself, even though it wasnt originally scheduled for this appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Banks to my family and friends!

I chose Dr. Banks after moving to Morristown a little over 2 years ago. I was looking for a general dentist, but also someone that has experience with cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Banks recommended Invisalign and after a year with the retainers I couldnt be happier with the results. It has evened out my smile and bite line even after having veneers. As a teenager I had braces for over 4 years. Invisalign did in 1 year what traditional braces couldnt do. I love the staff at this facility. Everyone is always cheerful and willing to help in any way they can.

I have been a patient of Dr. Banks for 15 years. He and his staff have always provided excellent dental services. I recently had a potential serious medical issue (non dental related) that required an examination of my mouth and tongue. Dr. Banks made time in his busy schedule to examine me on the same day, and then called my other doctor to make sure the issue was given immediate attention. Without his intervention, I do not believe I would have received as a quick a resolution. This type of concern for his patients welfare is clearly noteworthy.

My crown came off and was damaged and I couldnt get ahold of my regular dentist. I came to google and found Dr. Howard. He took me that same day, gave me a temporary crown. I just went back to get the permanent one and it is absolutely perfect. He is excellent! Not only that, but his staff is fantastic as well...especially Regina, Sarah and Judet. I have also gotten a cleaning by Judet and she was wonderful. They are friendly and upbeat and made my experience terrific. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I went for my first visit at the office and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. I hardly waited at all in the waiting room. The dentist was very thorough and knowledgable. Everything is explained very well and you have a chance to ask any questions you may have. I never felt rushed. Ive actually never had a better experience at a dentists office! I am going back for my cleaning in a few weeks and Im sure it will be another positive experience.

Dr. Banks is possibly the worst dentist I have ever seen. After not numbing me in the proper place, he ended up DRILLING directly into my tooth although I told him I could still feel a sensation of pain. After leaving the room and having the nurse not only put the temporary cap on, but also shape the temporary cap. Long story short, about 4 hours after leaving his office my cap fell off, exposing my nerve. STAY. AWAY. He pays way more attention to making money than patient care.

I visited Dr. Banks to replace a crown. He surpassed my expectation. I have a temporary crown on now and my tooth feels wonderful. I hadnt been able to eat on that side of my mouth for months. Although his bedside manner is the best and he has a great sense of humor, he is no nonsense and gets down to business which I love since my time is very valuable to me. His staff is wonderful and Linda, who handles the billing, is a sweetheart. Would highly recommend this practice!

From day one I was treated with care and respect. Technology in the office is up to date and did a very thorough job in not only cleaning my teeth, but addressing any dental concerns. Not only that, they were understanding that there are costs associated and their in house benefits specialist helped look into treatment plan that would make sense. I cant believe I went anywhere else. I would highly recommend.

I went to Drs. Banks and Howard as an emergency patient--I had a wicked canker sore, and I did a search for a dentist who had a laser after reading that they could be used to treat ulcers like mine. Dr Banks and his staff were extremely kind and considerate--and they squeezed me in on a Saturday! I was processed and treated quickly and efficiently. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

I was provided emails/texts reminding me of my appointment, the staff was extremely accommodating, professional, and courteous, I was seen on time, treated very thoroughly and expeditiously. Ive been going to this office for my dental care for so long I forget exactly how long-once in awhile I ask Dr. Howard & he tells me but I still forget! Highly recommend this dental practice-mostly I see Dr. Howard & he is always a gem -never a bad experience with my dental care & Ive had a lot more work done than just regular cleanings.
