I just went in and got denied help with my panic attack! My primary doc works out of the Meridian office and because I moved to Caldwell I use this urgent care for minor things. The Primary Health in Meridian said that they should help me no problem because thats what they are there for. I tell the lady at the front my situation, that I have a primary doc in Meridian but hes gone till Monday and I am having a serious panic attack (cant breathe, extreme chest and back pain and I puke a lot) and that I have an appointment with a med doc to get on something for them but not until the 31st. Even with all this info and the fact they could have called and talked to the people in Meridian to verify Im not just BSing them, they still turned me away. I cant go to the hospital because I have to drive myself and they wont give me anything without me having a ride home. Urgent Care huh?

Took me an hour and a half to get me seen by a doctor. Then they didnt even send my prescription over to the pharmacy. Called the office again and they specifically said "go to the pharmacy and have them call us for your prescription" I called the pharmacy and they told me they dont call the doctors. DEFINITELY not going here again. I should probably ask for my $20 copay back since it was useless. To top it off, the pharmacist at Walmart didnt want to fill my prescription because it was 8:59pm and they close at 9

Worst place Ive ever been treated at, this location makes free clinics look appealing. Ive went in for a ear infection on three different occasions and while the first 2 visits the MD said "take ibuprofen and it will go away in a week" I knew that it wouldnt go away, it wasnt until the third time I rushed in there because it was the closest to my house and because I had a huge red ring around my ear from blood poisoning and blacking out in the room they finally did something about it. Dont go there.

I would have to say for a urgent care place this office is extremely nice. I have started taking my family to Dr. Robbins as our family doctor permanently because he is amazing and everytime we have had to go for urgent care the front office staff has been so friendly. People being friendly in the medical office environment has unfortunately become VERY rare! I do recommend this office. Especially Dr. Robbins, he is just the best!

My daughter and I got prescribed some medicine from and they cant even have Communication with the pharmacy correctly. After five days of calling to get something done. I finally gave up when they told me they had nothing on file. When the day before they told me they got the paper work and They will make it high priority. I took my daughter to a serious health care provider.

Went in for an ear ache and ringing in my ear....also my jaw was sore. Was told by "Dr.", he couldnt find anything wrong, right away. Suggested I went to ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialist, said I COULD have a TUMOR, in my head, around my jaw...who tells someone they have a tumor? Especially after "not much of an exam"..? THAT will be LAST time I go there, for sure!!!

Raul Godina is by far the rudest and most unhelpful healthcare individual I have ever encountered. I work in the healthcare field and know how patients should be treated and his lack of compassion and consideration is unnerving. I will never return to another primary health.

Always fast, friendly, if I did have a long wait the front desk gal said she could get me into the Nampa clinic down the road. I love when there is a problem a solution is offered. I have been there twice in a month so far this year!

Went in to get seen for a wasp sting that sting me 4 times took almost 2 hours to get seen!!!! Ridiculous never will go back there again! Staff friendly but 2 hrs or more for quick care! Ended up leaving the place.
