Pretty good experience here overall, until.... youre waiting on results of a test... you call and are asked to leave a message.... and, you never hear back. You call back a couple days later... straight to voice mail. I do like the place overall but at moments like this I feel like leaving a 1-star rating. If they cared... theyd fix it. They dont. Its clear. And, thats the problem. Unfortunately, Ive yet to see any clinic that excels at phone support. Bad phone support by medical clinics is an epidemic... ironically, something youd think a bunch of PHDs could cure. Instead, theyre the cause... all that said, forgiving that single point, they are pretty great in plenty of other ways including the office staff and medical staff being super friendly and helpful....which is why Im still leaving a 4-star rating.

Your review we are grateful‎ - ‎ - Today We are grateful for it‎ - ‎ - Today I understand that everyones experience there can be different. My parents are new immigrants. Due to the restrictions on their health care, this clinic is the closest one that we can go to. My parents dont speak English and I had to be there with them every time during their visit. Their visit is normally separate appointments. We met some very kind people there, e.g. Jeniffer at the front desk, Omar at the lab, Cathy at the nurse station etc. (Omar is especially kind and caring. My dad loves to talk to him through my interpretation). We understand this clinic has its own limits. We are grateful for the kindness from some of the staff there. This has to be the most unprofessional clinic. I have never had an experience like I did. The only positive I have about this clinic is that the blonde nurse practitioner who saw me was nice and very informative. The nurse was rude and got me mixed up with something opposite of what I went in for. I was told I would get a prescription for something that I never received because I didnt have an hour and a half to wait around for people just to sign it. The parking is awful and I was completely unhappy when I left. I cannot call directly to speak to anyone. I keep getting the runaround. Will not be coming back what so ever.

They are Amazing! I ve been there for the last few weeks and they are so friendly and always making sure I was feeling all right and comfortable. All of them. Dr. Y.G. is so nice and calm. Monica is always there for you, anytime you have any questions, the girls from the reception are always smiling.... well you can see I just had a great experience there. Thank you all!!! (and all was free)

This place is a great place to go when your primary care physician is booked up. They were able to see me in just a couple days, and get me to the specialist I needed. I really appreciated that they accepted my insurance, and that they were very professional and courteous. I recommend this clinic to my friends and family all the time.

Ive been a patient here for years... I had a choice to choose other doc offices through my insurance and at least here you arent treated like just a number. Front desk girls are polite and speedy! They recently renovated so it is nice and clean... not like the old clinics stereotype...

This clinic sucks. My son broke his hand they had us go to have it x rayed. They were suppose to call when they got the x ray results back. 4 days later i had to go down there to find out why i havent heard anything and found out it was broken. This is freakin ridiculous.

Fantastic staff and care at both the Bay Area Clinic and the womans clinic. I feel like the doctors and staff take a personal interest and got me quick referrals and appointments for follow up. Dr Glaukner is especially awesome! Fantastic family-friendly office.
