Tried to call to find out if they accept my insurance and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. I had my molina 24 hour nurse call to check so the nurse called U.S HealthWorks Medical Group and they put her on hold for 20 min then hung up on her. She again tried to call back and was spoken very rudely to find out that Molina is covered put only by Private Insurance. This place is by far the worst Urgent care If ever sadly had to experience. Verry rude very unprofessional If i could rate less than a star I would. Very bad experience.Horrible actually.

Very rude, couple of days ago, the tall lady working the lab, was sneezing and coughing all over the place doing my duration there. Everyone is talking about each other and passing off dirty looks to each other , behind 1 anothers back its amazing. Carelessness, the amount of disrespectful jokes being thrown around, seems as of theyre all interns or that patients are beneath them.

It seems with all the negative remarks, instead of apologizing after each negative comment why dont you fix the problem & evaluate these employees & if things dont change than replace them. Medical assistants & front office workers come a dime a dozen. If this was my company I would be embarrassed !

Appointment set at 11:30. Didnt get called till 1:10. To add Salt to injury, the receptionist had the nerve to give me attitude when I left. Im guessing because I asked twice during my wait when I would be next.

Made me wait 45 minutes to tell me they couldnt treat me even though I told them my problem when I arrived. Unprofessional. Will never return for any issue.
