I have made 4 appointments here. This is what happens each time. I arrive on time for my appointment. I wait 40 minutes to get seen by a nurse. Then I wait another 40 minutes in a room for my doctor to come. Then he asks me what Im here for and he asks a few questions and then leaves. All this takes 3 minutes. Then I wait 10 minutes for a nurse to confirm my appointment. What a joke. My doctor barely asks any questions. I feel like I have to act like a hypochondriac for him to listen or take me seriously. For one appointment, I had to wait 90 minutes for my doctor because he was doing an emergency procedure. No rescheduling or trying to get another doctor to see me. No respect for my time. Jesus christ.

IT IS A BLESSING TO GET THE HELP THAT I NEED..... ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE A BLESSING!!!!!!...... THEY GIVE CARE TO PEOPLE ALL DAY & DO IT WITH "T.L.C."!!!!!!!!!!!.... IT IS ALWAYS A BLESSING TO GO THERE..... GOD BLESS THEM ALL!!!!!!!!.... I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE CAN SAY SOMETHING BAD OF UNLOVING ABOUT THIS ARROWHEAD HEALTH CENTER!!!!...... THEY GET HEIP FOR FREE!!!!!!

Good clinic - staff are nice, I requested to talk a RN or charge nurse but , did not able to talk the nurse , regarding my sleep study result from Lome Linda Sleep study dept, after waiting 15 days. Still the result is not provided, instead the clinical helper gave a wrong phone number in hurry. However, I am still to get the result, since I have a A.Fib. asap. Sam Vallathur

WORSE CLINIC EVER! We had an appointment for 9:45am. At 10:30am we were told we still had 2 people ahead of us. Why have a scheduled appointment? Security uses a metal detector on patients entering business and it is just GHETTO! Do yourselves a favor: find ANY other clinic.

Dont try calling the phone line is busy. Dont expect to see a doctor Dont expect to your visit to take one day Dont expect a place to sit Dont expect a friendly helpful staff. Expect a bill!
